We were greeted by Kendall, who was very friendly and explained the menu options to us. The protein smoothies here are so tasteful (and healthy). Try their shot teas too! I would definitely come back again!“

“I drove 10 minutes to try this place out and I will be back. The space is small, so it seems the intention is grab and go. The music was good and the wait time wasn't bad. I got the Irie and it was simply delicious. I've gotten smoothies elsewhere and I don't think they use as much (very fresh) fruit as Lifestyle. Definitely recommend this place.“

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking my order with a smile despite they were minutes away from closing. “I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. the atmosphere is incredibly laid back, much like that of a late '60s early 70s tea shop. the staff was incredibly friendly and their menu was diverse. if you cannot find at least one or two items to eat here, I don't think that you are really hungry. what I ate had an incredible flavor and while filling, did not make me feel like I had over eaten. bring one of these down to Springfield missouri! with the University right next to the uptown area, you would make a fortune!“
