“I am visiting here and had no idea where to get a good smoothie but found BJC on UberEats. Boy, am I glad I did! They had some great descriptions of their options... so I chose the Peanut Butter Power Smoothie as described and it was awesome! I also ordered the Berry On Smoothie for later but I expect it to be great too (added fruit protein to that one). Finally, I was recovering from covid so I bought 3 of the Immune Booster... be prepared it is powerful and has a strong flavor with lemon, Turmeric and Ginger but I felt this would give me an additional boost. “I always try and make it to fuel up whenever we go to Boise and it never disappoints! All the energy drinks are so good! I love their protein drinks it’s not chalky it simply is delicious! It’s nice to have a place I know I can get clean energy and keep to my health goals while traveling! Plus they are always so friendly when we come in! Highly recommend!!“

“I want to give you some honest feedback because I really want to see your business succeed. You’re trying to handle everything yourself—taking orders, taking payments, remembering what each customer ordered, preparing drinks, and keeping track of everyone waiting. Unfortunately, it’s causing customers to wait too long, orders to get mixed up, and in some cases people are being charged incorrectly.

You need help. Even if it’s only hiring an assistant for a few hours during your busiest times, having someone there to take orders, handle payments, or help keep things organized would make a huge difference.

I understand that you want to keep as much of the revenue as possible, but sometimes you have to take a little less profit in the beginning so you can invest in your business and provide better customer service. You simply can’t run the entire show by yourself and expect everything to run smoothly.

Your customers shouldn’t have to wait twice as long for a drink, remind you what they ordered, or deal with double charges. That can quickly hurt your reputation and cause you to lose repeat customers.

You have something good going—now you need to build a system and get the right help so you can grow without sacrificing the customer experience.“

“Love this place - started going here again after workouts since the weather warmed up. I usually talk to the same girl (manager/owner?) and she is super pleasant. :) They have options for people with allergens which I really appreciate. Also VERY clean on the inside!“

“Music typically gets really loud and makes it hard to hear who you're talking to inside, depending on shifts or who is playing the music. The service at the "curbside" in the cafe is spotty. Typically, you have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to notice you and come out. The Cafe is decently clean, there is no bathroom but there is a chevron or a rite aid across the street on either corner *rite aids bathroom is always out of order like the ice cream machine at mcds* Staff is always friendly and will never fail to guide you to a drink you'll like if you haven't ordered before. “After a rollover accident this morning between Juntura & Burns, Oregon...Phil Jr is in the ICU with head injuries. With that said, it’s been a pretty traumatic day, but at the same time we’ve encountered so many wonderful people/angels. Case in point, around 9 tonight we stopped at Dutch Bros at 101 S Orchard in Boise to get 3 large coffees before heading back to the hospital. There we met our next angel, Katelyn, who came to our order. She asked how our evening was going and I told her we had three full punch cards and we’re making a coffee run before heading back to the hospital. She wanted to know what happened and what our son’s name is, and said she’d pray for him. Then she told us to keep our punch cards and that the coffee was paid for. My wife, Cassie, was crying and Katelyn asked if she could pray for us right then. So while we were in line at Dutch Bros this beautiful angel is holding our hands praying for our son. When we got our coffees, written on top of our cups was “Be Strong!” & “Phil is going to pull through!” I can’t begin to describe what that moment did for us...we needed that so badly. Thank you Katelyn & Dutch Bros! ...and I must mention some of the other angels today, like the very first hero on the scene, Rick. I believe he’s a nurse in this area that just happened to be where he needed to be at the right time. He came running over with his medical bag, asking about the scene, the condition of everyone and then he selflessly cared for Phil until other medical personnel showed up, and then stayed and worked with them until Phil was taken by Life Flight. He even texted a little while ago to check on Phil and told me he and his family were praying for Phil. Then there was Donovan, a truck driver and pastor who stayed with us the entire time, and then drove Piper and I all the way to Saint Alphonsus in Boise. He prayed with us too and had numerous other people praying for Philip. The true definition of a godsend! Not to mention the EMTs, one of which told us that he was praying for Phil too! As well as Trooper Smith and everyone else involved! There are a lot of amazing selfless people out there and we were blessed to meet so many of them today! God Bless You All!!!“

“Visiting from California, I was surprised that this is pretty much the only option available in Boise considering its size. This isn't an issue as their milk tea is awesome! Only downside is that the tapioca pearls seem a bit hard/not sweet enough, but otherwise this place is excellent.“
