“This place is amazing. Every person that works there treats my mom who is a senior citizen like she is an absolute princess. Every time she goes there it makes her feel so special and it warms my heart to see how they treat her.. They remember her by name and they just talk so sweetly to her and help her. “I went through the drive thru ordered a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It was terrible didn’t taste good at all. When I called they said come back in and we will get you a new one. The new one is the BEST Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew I’ve ever had. It was amazing.“

“I love Starbucks, but I no longer drink coffee. Starbucks has great coffee free options! You DO have to make sure to tell the barista to not include coffee. And I’ve loved
it! My favorite fall drink is the pumpkin spice frap. With NO coffee. It does wonders! Their cake pops are delicious! And I love their croissants, especially their chocolate croissants. Definitely recommend Starbucks.“

“The red haired girl with glasses that was doing drive thru today around 5pm was extremely sweet and put stars all over my cup to match my sweater! My drink was also phenomenal!! I’ve gotten the brown sugar shaken espresso dozens of times and this was literally the best. PLEASE give her a raise or promotion. Her customer service skills are an 11/10“

“Made an online order and they ran out of what I had ordered. The staff was super super friendly and apologetic. I used to work at Starbucks for 4 years and it’s so good to see nice baristas I feel like so many locations now are just full of unhappy baristas who tend to do the bare minimum but not this one“

“I was here several times with my toddler and after like 2 times, now Kaitlyn recognizes us. She (and the others too) are super kind, if it is not too busy, they bring the food and drink to the table too. The food and drinks are well made, delicious and the cafè is clean. I recommend!“

“I worked for Starbucks for 6 years. This isn't my favorite store but it's close by to where I live. I've had a few drinks messed up here and there, but overall I'd say this store is pretty consistent when it comes to service and drink quality. I do pickup most of the time and my drinks and food are always ready and hot when I pick them up. ☕🥯🍩“

“Sarah really helped me out today when my husband accidentally took my keys and I wasn’t able to pick up my order. I called to cancel and she said I could come in on Monday to get it instead. “Broadway on the Rocks was a fun open bar on top of Broadway & Beacon Albertsons in Boise Idaho to enjoy live music. View was spectacular as #ShonSandersBand played soulful originals with classic oldies for a full crowd. Very enticing menu of both food and drinks, served with On Point staff. Debbie ran a tight group of servers that smiled and was happy to take an order that comes out quicker than e p3cted for such a busy night.. Absolutely a spot to stop if you get the chance to visit the Boise Valley. Not too far off of I=84 and close to many hotels for Business over nights or Returning home for a visit.“

“What a bizarre Starbucks! ☕️You walk-in and the first thing I see is an open restroom with the sinks out in the open and the toilets behind pin coded doors. Strange to hear the air hand dryer while relaxing over an espresso. Otherwise, the girls running the place were super nice. Offered me our drinks on ceramic cups and food on plates since it was For Here. Very busy location. Plentiful free parking. Customers are an Eclectic mix of people from all backgrounds.“

“Starbucks is always a pleasure great coffee, quality service and friendly staff, make for great visit every time. by the way they don't mind if you even going to use the internet and sit and do some work on your computer or read a book you don't even have to buy anything, it's amazing.“

“I love that there's a Starbucks in Albertson's. I'm able to be a treat while I'm running errands. The barista that was working today was great! She got my order squared away. I did have a couple gift cards I was using and she just went through them like a champ until I was cashed out.

I did ask the barista how her Christmas was. She was cordial about the fact that she doesn't celebrate the holidays. I appreciate that she didn't act all nuts about me asking her about Christmas. Very professional!

My drink a tasty! I snagged the seasonal refresher with cranberry orange and lemonade. It has fresh cranberries in it! They add a fun tartness to it. The drink it really good.“

Our recent visit to Starbucks in Boise, Idaho was an absolute delight, and it’s all thanks to the fantastic service provided by Mark. This visit was truly the cherry (or should I say pineapple?) on top of our week!

I opted for the iced pineapple passion fruit drink, and let me tell you, it was a tropical fiesta in my mouth.

Mark’s service was impeccable. He was friendly, quick, and somehow managed to make the whole experience feel like a mini-vacation. His suggestion of the pineapple passion fruit drink was spot-on, and his enthusiasm was contagious. It’s clear he’s the star in Starbucks, Boise.

If you’re ever in Boise and need a pick-me-up, head over to this Starbucks and let Mark work his magic. You’ll leave with a smile on your face and a drink that’s sure to add a little zing to your step.

“I was having a terrible day for just about every reason, just prior to going to this location I was refused service for dinner because I had a service animal, I had no spoons left and I pulled up and ordered a drink and the phenomenal barista Must have just read it on my face, because my credit card was compromised and So the one attached to the Starbucks account Was no longer valid, and the employee just gave me the drink and told me to have a great day. This was a bad bad day and an employee working at this location at 7pm on a Monday night restored what little faith I had in humanity today.“

“I totally get that. You ordered ahead and then swung by, which is super convenient. It's awesome when you find a spot where the staff always makes you feel welcome. That friendly vibe really makes a difference, doesn't it? It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. “I don't normally choose Starbucks as my go-to coffee shop, but was needing a pick me up while doing my grocery shopping at Fred Meyer on Sunday. The older woman working (Karyn) greeted me with such enthusiasm and I felt how much pride she took in her work and service. The coffee was delicious and just what I needed, but I was disappointed to see another colleague (younger colleague in a beanie) verbally berating the older woman for taking time to talk with me. I don't need one more place that is going to hurry me out of line (not sure if this a Starbucks policy or a Fred Meyer thing...I hope its not the grocery store's policy). Karyn provided a great cup of coffee and a personable experience and she is reason enough for me to make time during my grocery trip to get coffee at Fred Meyer's Starbucks in future. She should be training all of their barista staff on how to treat customers. Top notch service.“

“As an ex Starbucks barista I tend to have pretty complicated orders, my barista’s system was giving her problems but she still had a smile on her face and made my drinks perfectly! I went to order then went to checkout my Fred Meyer groceries- came back and it was done!“

“This Albertsons is fantastic. The staff is great. The layout makes sense. The US Bank is the BEST. I truly hope that the staff remembers that there are thousands of people who love and use this place--and most of them never complain. If you're hearing negativity, it's not coming from the happy majority! Hang in there!“

I actually just called to find out the Starbucks employees name (Zoe) and personally thanked her and acknowledge how good my white chocolate mocha tasted. I was just in line behind two young girls that ordered 6 or 7 drinks (I lost count).
