Hi!Apartment tenant here. I've had a good experience with the company. They are now being managed by Colliers, as the ownership recently changed. However, the staff has been professional when I have been able to get in contact with them. Nothing terrible happened while I was a tenant here :)

Right downtown Boise. This is not a hotel any longer. However, they are in the progress of building a beautiful boutique hotel on site. They have apartments in half, updated and beautiful, and business in half. A wonderful restaurant called the Tavern with great food. A salon on half of the main floor, with 26 micro private salons inside. The Owyhee management is great to work with. Highly recommend it
