“Walked in and it smelled amazing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food tasted great. Only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars was how long the food took (wasn’t busy) and the portion size. A $10 medium sub left me still hungry afterwards. Next time I’ll do the $14 large.

“i love the food but we went in at 4:45 and they close at 5:00 on Sunday and everything was covered up and the slicer was in the back and the girl didn't crack a smile the whole time and slowly brought it out. She was mad we were there. I almost asked if we were bothering her. unbelievable. I have worked in restaurants and had the same feeling when people come in close to close, but we were in and out in less then 10 min!“

“Sandwich was good. I got the original 1762. It was delicious but small. For the same price I could get a sandwich twice the size at another chain. But it was good! So I'll be back because of that reason. Service was ok. Things seemed clean and orderly. I've heard the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good as well.“

“First time coming to a Blimpies and it's what I expected. I personally got the Buffalo chicken which actually tasted good but it seems they left on some veggies I asked to take off but I'll give the benefit of a doubt that it's just the same color. It's another sandwich chain that does their job well but it's similar to the other ones.“

“I haven’t eaten at this location, but one of the employees just made my day. Next door is a UPS store, and as I was unloading a GIGANTIC, unwieldy box from my trunk that weighed around 50 lbs., a Blimpie employee named Tom was walking past, I assume on his break. He could see me struggling to maneuver the box, with 3 young children in tow, and he stopped and offered to help with no hesitation. He carried the box all the way inside and got it up onto the counter for me before shaking my hand and going on his way. This guy is everything that’s right in this world. Thank you Tom“

“Super cozy, especially when it's freezing out.

While some say the menu items are going downhill, I've still got my personal favorites. Also, we can't really blame the staff for corporate changes to the menu. The staff here at this location has always been warm and welcoming. Wifi is fast, plenty of deals, and unlimited caffeine for your working/ schooling needs. I recommend the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and the Toasted Frongeta Chicken sandwiches (opt for the Ciabatta bread). The pick two system is great, but it's hard for me to pick a soup over more sandwich- the soups are great though.

Definitely recommend the sip club, even if you don't drink coffee. Also the drive-thru is a quick way to get a large soda any time you are on the road. Sip club also works country-wide so you can get free drinks on road trips, airports, etc. It's great, especially when you can get the $3/ month deal.

Additionally, if you're feeling non-sociable, you can get everything you need with the kiosks or the app. It really does not get any more convenient. Wake up, grab unlimited coffee, snag a wall plug for your laptop, and get to it! Thanks to all the peeps behind the counter for making our daily workload less insufferable 💪“

“Yes, I'm giving them 5 stars (State St. location) For a sandwich joint, they are legit. Staff is always friendly when I walk in. It's immediate when I walk in, the welcome greetings. The young man who took my order was fast and very kind. They have their system down! As soon I a done grabbing my beverage my sandwich was already ready for me. The dining tables are clean. The whole restaurant is a well oiled machine.“

“Every time I seem to go in there is always this nice girl named LJ working. No matter what is going on she is so nice and happy trying to talk to every costumer as much as possible. Any questions I have she answers to the best of her abilities and I honestly belive that she deserve to be in a higher position then she is in. The store is always clean when I got in to get my food, she always makes sure that I'm getting what I want and that I'm happy with how it looks and finnaly she is one of the most friendly subway workers i have ever known, such a sweet girl, I do really love how that store is so clean it gives a really good look. “This subway is right down the street from my work, so I come here now and again, and every time I've come through there's a guy working (I think he's a manager). I was just there 12pm 02/18/21. He's REALLY nice and has great customer service. I run a business that deals with clients, and hospitality is very important to me, and this fella's always in the best mood - you should give him a raise for being so friendly and helpful all the time. “I recommend Jimmy John's but am disappointed in this location. I've ordered several times in the last two months. Each time there was something wrong. Usually it's the sandwich isn't cut in half as requested. The last time pickles were requested. No pickles. This time the sandwich was cut but not in half. It had one sort end cut off. Also this time there was very little lettuce and what was there was rusted. I am a food prep person at a local fast food restaurant, so I question the training of the staff. Are your sandwich makers not trained in spotting shoddy ingredients? Or do they just not care? Are you so fast that it doesn't matter what your final product looks like? Or do you expect customers to just eat whatever they are served? You have raised the prices on your sandwiches and probably have raised wages. When preparing food at my restaurant I put myself in the customer's position and make sure I am not producing something I wouldn't want to pay for or eat! Please train your staff better!“

“I stopped for a sandwich at lunch time on Saturday. It was busy, but they had my sandwich, with custom additions and subtractions, ready by the time I swiped my card. Freaky fast, is right.

The sandwich was about $14 with a $2 tip. There was plenty of meat, just the right amount of condiments, and the bread was chewy without being crusty or dry.

The seating area has multiple tables and a counter seating area. Even though it was packed, there was still plenty of seating.

This was a great value and a solid value for a custom sandwich.“
