“First time visiting Moon’s Cafe downtown, and the experience was one of a kind. Firstly, you walk into the restaurant on the second floor, and the atmosphere greets you warmly. The decor of the restaurant is just so well thought out and the place is well lit, with a vintage classic style. Secondly, we were attended to by Dakota who gave us impeccable service and was very kindly attentive to us, coming to check in on us intermittently to make sure we were happy with our food and service. Lastly, I had the best Benedict I've ever tasted in all my times of trying breakfast restaurants. All in all, the experience was a great first impression and I will definitely be coming back again and again to this restaurant.“

“I love how any of their coffee roasts are smooth and delicious. I recently ordered a blackberry astro syrup and its so delicious I put a splash of it in every cup of coffee I make, and it tastes really good with my other coffee pods I get from Black rifle coffee company, the salty Caramel latte pods I mix the astro syrup with that and the ground Gold espresso coffee from Alchemist and it turns out to be the best cup of coffee I have ever tasted! I was trying to find a link on their website where I can post a review but I could only find the Facebook page to leave a review.“

I appreciate this establishment's use of high-quality ingredients. The owner seemed like a lovely person and kindly offered us samples of granola and pumpkin mylk while we were there. Definitely worth visiting!“

“I just popped by to get a cup of coffee. Even though there was a long line at the drive-thru, I got served fairly quickly inside. Parking was a little crowded. The coffee was pretty good. I didn't stay, but the ambiance was nice, decorated cute for Christmas.“

“Visiting from California, I was surprised that this is pretty much the only option available in Boise considering its size. This isn't an issue as their milk tea is awesome! Only downside is that the tapioca pearls seem a bit hard/not sweet enough, but otherwise this place is excellent.“

“The french onion soup was good to me. Hubby got 1/2 hot roast beef sandwich, and I got 1/2 a grilled chicken blt. He liked his, but I only had 3/4 of a piece of bread, which made it impossible to pick up and eat. I know that when the fellow made it, he knew that it was impossible to pick up. But they served it anyway. That's what kind of makes me have a not great opinion. This is only our second time having lunch here, so perhaps they were having an off day. Eat the pastries, though. They are GREAT!“

“I've always had good food at Panera (in fact, I used to work at one 25 years ago!), but I'm taking the time to write a review because of one employee, who I will talk about later. All the staff was friendly, and helpful when I had questions about the menu. The salad that was recommended was delicious, and my old fallback soup was great, as always.
Back to that standout employee, Lorie V! So many restaurants nowadays seem short staffed, and out of necessity, the employees are usually focused on things in the kitchen and behind the cash register, neglecting the dining area. Having to sit at a dirty table has become the norm, unfortunately. But not here! Lorie was out front making the entire area her own. She wiped tables immediately after someone got up. She went around making sure everyone was happy with their food, and took away dirty dishes as patrons were finished with them, which was above and beyond, and really helpful. In between all those tasks, she tended to the drink and utensil area. I've never seen one of those areas so organized, stocked and clean!
Everyone was great, but Lorie V gets the gold star today. 🌟 I'd come back again just knowing she was working. Treat this lady right. She is a gem! 💎“
“I am very impressed with the staff at this location. They are friendly and always efficient with my orders. Today, I ordered a drink, and due to masks, they could not hear my order. When I realized the error I went back in immediately and they remade my drink with a smile and were not rude about the error. I will be back with a big tip next time!“

“I'm editing this review only because the service has become so inconsistent. The Last few trips here, they have forgotten the sides and missed adding ingredients to our sandwiches. Still friendly and good food.
We eat here weekly and absolutely love it! We use the app to place our order, pick it up through the drive through, and head home. Quick, convenient, easy!“

“Bluesky Bagels is hands down the BEST hidden gem in town. Not only are the bagels fresh, soft, and ridiculously delicious, but the prices are unbeatable — where else can you snag two whole bags for around $3.50? 🤯 Every time I walk in, the place smells like heaven, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I leave wondering why I ever bought bagels anywhere else. Honestly, grocery store bagels don’t even compare — these taste like they were made with actual love. 🥯💙 If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor: stop what you’re doing and go. Your mornings (and your toaster) will thank you.“
