Organic coffee, organic milk, and they have raw milk as an option for just $1 more. I appreciate having a coffee option that is just as good, if not higher quality than what I can make in my own kitchen.

“Everyone who works here is so awesome, amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My first time was yesterday (12/17) and today I stayed for hours just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping in to check it out. You won’t regret it ☺️“

“Visiting from California, I was surprised that this is pretty much the only option available in Boise considering its size. This isn't an issue as their milk tea is awesome! Only downside is that the tapioca pearls seem a bit hard/not sweet enough, but otherwise this place is excellent.“

“I go every Sunday and the staff is amazing. The boba is wonderful and what's great. is that a lot of the drinks that contain milk? you can substitute it without milk and use a alternative milk such as coconut or soy or almond milk. The boba itself is very soft, but my favorite is the crystal boa. it has a texture like aloe. Every time I come in I'm always read it with a smile and catch up with them from the past week. sometimes I'll have them pick out their favorite drink for me to try and everything on the milk. tea is a wonderful. The taro. they make it in house. my personal favorite is the winter melon with half sweetness the mochi waffle is to die for. I love the matcha one and get that every Sunday as well“

“Very polite and understanding staff, even when you accidentally try to pay with your costco ID. I would recommend ordering in and having an artistic latte while you take in the shop. This is a great place to meet friends, go on a first date, do homework, or be solitary and read a book.

Vegetarian options: Mainly parties, one or two breakfast sandwiches.

Dietary restrictions: They offer milk alternatives and gluten-free pastries (I have never had these, so I can not speak to the tastel

Parking: This is the middle of downtown Boise, so parking is difficult during the week, but it is very walkable/bikeable if you are somewhere downtown

Wheelchair accessibility: The building follows ADA regulations, but the floor layout does not allow ease of accessibility during peak times. This is probably the only negativity I have about this location“

“I’ve been craving pupusas since I left California and the restaurant in Caldwell wasn’t cutting it. I was so happy to see this place open across the street from me in Meridian.

I ordered the Mexican Spice cocoa frappe - delicious
The Chicharron Y Queen pupusas - delicious, as close as it gets to L.A. pupusas
And the Ruvuelta pupusas - pretty good.

Chicharron is definitely my favorite and I will be back regularly for the frappe!“

I just got back from vacation and wanted coffee for the ride home, the place was having issues with their computer but the lady was taking care of everyone and keeping it going nice and smooth while being calm and collected. she didnt turn anyone away and took care of everyone with a smile on her face. I assisted another man to get the computer going just because how nice she was. the great coffee, great atmosphere and everything in-between is going to make me come back“

“Easily the best coffee shop in the Treasure Valley. Superior product, nice atmosphere, and a staff that truly is exceptional (I cannot emphasize this point enough) make this place special. I can't say enough nice things. I have been a regular for a long while now, but after this place became Eagle Coffee (used to be a different brand) it REALLY hit its stride. The baked goods are all made in house and are stellar, but as a low carb eater myself they actually offer keto items (even lower carb/lactose free milk). The quiche is the best I have had anywhere. Prices are fair for our area, but what you get for your money is well worth it. Yes, I am kind of a fan boy for the place, but seriously it is worth checking out.“

“Fantastic local business! Really cool idea for a bike/coffee shop. I was having trouble with an ebike I bought directly from the manufacturer; I needed a part that was damaged during the replacement of another part and after two weeks of trying to just get a response out of the manufacturer (A US company btw) I gave up and checked this place out in the off chance they'd have this very proprietary part for a bike that has since been discontinued. They didn't have the replacement part, BUT they were able to fix the existing part and give me some very helpful tips in the future. And they didn't even mock me for the stupid way I damaged the part (which I halfway expected), not to my face at least :). They were very friendly and super helpful. I'll be replacing this POS ebike I've got now and Bikes and Beans will absolutely be the place I buy the replacement, and probably that new mountain bike I've had my eyes on.“

The atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. There are several tables and a couch to sit and enjoy your coffee.

My particular cup of coffee was good, but not great. I had a pour over, which I did appreciate as a choice!

So, I ordered one and was pleasantly surprised at the smoothness of the coffee (not bitter and overcooked like Starbucks). Just good quality coffee, fast service & super-friendly staff (kind and conciliatory allowing me to order sweetened almond milk on the side - to add after judging the plain-coffee beans). Breakfast bagel was hot, fresh & delicious. Glad to have found this little spot here in Meridian (just west of Eagle Rd). Will definitely return to check out their full menu! “I’m going to head to Madeline and Bailey these two kids sister coffee crushers nailed it when I needed a blended drink and something called “the kicker “this place offer is very quick drive-through service. They even have a walk up area with seating where no smoking is of course the requirement I have to say the flavor of the kicker it was incredible but they told me if you really needed to wake up… Then I must try what’s called “the 911 “… Since I am middle aged the idea of drinking, a heart attack wasn’t quite appealing, but I will be coming back to try that out during my visit to Boise the city of my birth. The flavor was incredible again I just have to hand it to those girlsThey know what they were doing and they had everything done in less than two minutes what a nice shot or a double shot!“

“I love this location. It’s one of the only stands that i go to that is 100% consistent with my drink every single time. Maybe this can get pushed along to corporate but it would be super cool if there was a healthier option for kids drinks.. I would come by a lot more but I like to get my kids a drink, and a kids smoothie with 40-60 grams of sugar is just crazy… so we avoid doing it regularly, years ago there was at least the option for apple juice! (She doesn’t drink milk, dairy or non dairy) Just a thought for consideration!“
