“We arrived early on a Friday Labor Day weekend. The staff super friendly and the cook, Jennen, makes great food, especially green beans. The system of ordering at counter and being served at your table is very efficient. Can see why it’s a locals favorite. Tom and Jenelle run a great restaurant full of friendly people and good food.”

This place is busy and for good reason!
Im not a big fan beef burger but they have plenty of other options to choose from available.
Ordered the 1/3 lb elk burger and 1/4 lb shroom burger with a shared large fry. The burger alone was plenty, fries were crispy. Everything was delicious and a fair price.
*Id recommend getting there early. Took our burgers to go (worth the wait) but took about 20/30 minutes.”

“This is a staple for us! We eat here about once every two weeks. It’s an easy walk from our house, has awesome lake views, the food at Sticky Rice is the bomb.com. Great prices and you basically get two meals for the price of one. Plus, they love dogs too!”

“My husband and I went for our first night in McCall - it was good overall. We loved the pretzel, highly recommend, we shared a burger, and that was okay but not amazing. My husband enjoyed the beer, but I wasn't a big fan of my cider I got. The service was okay, but the atmosphere was wonderful.”

“Visited on our anniversary on 9/10/25 6:00pm 2️⃣0️⃣! Things always work out how they are supposed to! These gringos had planned to go to the Narrows at Shore Lodge for dinner. Well, who knew you need a reservation on an off-season Wednesday??? We decided on Steamer’s because they always have good food and good service. They were slammed crazy busy. There were 3 girls working front of house and they were killing it. All we heard were words of support, love you’s, and we got this rang out countless times. I have no idea how many kitchen staff were in the back but everything came out fast & yummy! I have always been a fan but even more so now. You cannot have that kind of vibe without good leadership so compliments from the top to the bottom 🩷”

“My husband and I came up for his birthday weekend, and I booked a table online - easy to do and followed up with a phone call to make sure we got a table with a lake view. Cutwater delivered hugely - got table right next to the lake, had a great appetizer of potato croquettes, wonderful mains of the ribeye and halibut (slightly overcooked to my liking but nice and flaky), and the strawberry roulade for dessert. However, when I booked, I mentioned we were going for my husband's birthday, and they also surprised him with a cupcake - so sweet and thoughtful. We definitely recommend it to everyone!”
