“My family and I went to eat here on a Sunday evening for an early dinner. I highly recommend calling ahead to see if there is a wait. This seems to be a popular place. We went around 4-5pm. As the evening goes on, it becomes busier, and it was nice to enjoy the quieter setting before things pick up. Their wait staff are attentive and kind. They work hard and make sure you are taken care of without over bugging you! The style of the restaurant is unique and clever, including artwork with cows, aliens, and a mix of farmhouse. The misfit and retro style seems to work for them. When the weather permits, they have a roll-up door in the front half of the restaurant that gives you a nice breeze of fresh air. I love their atmosphere. I had their Pineapple Express burger and fries. I 10/10 recommended this burger (personally I take off the mustard aioli or have it on the side)! This burger has so much flavor between the burger, ham, pineapple, and I like it with the pickles. Perfect hidden gem for Nampa!“

“In my opinion, this is the best Thai restaurant in the Treasure Valley. I live a half mile from an Asian fusion restaurant that makes several good Thai dishes but I absolutely prefer driving 50 miles, round trip, to J P. For example, everything from the Thai iced tea to the wonton star (crab Rangoon) and spring roll appetizers too the Panang Curry with duck are to die for. The prices are competitive and the lunch prices are lower than average. I highly recommend.

Edit: The food quality has declined. The spring rolls are fewer, and loosely wrapped with inexpertly cut ingredients. The last curry I ordered was very thin and could barely be considered a soup. The attention to detail is now missing. They are nearing a 3 Star rating and I will update after my next tasting.“

I was told we are not the first married couple to meet each other at this colorful booth in the corner. It's good luck!! “My family of four went to Smokey Mountain late Sunday night for dinner. Our waiter was the absolute best!! My husband and kids all had personal pizzas. My daughter’s plate was very hot and with her being so young he was worried about her burning her hands so he went back and got a cooler plate for her to use. He also noted that the bread that came with my fettuccine wasn’t as fresh so he brought me fresh out of the oven bread. He kept up on all our drinks and when it was time for us to pay he brought our ticket and mentioned that because it was Sunday, kids eat free. We had no idea!! Then he brought graham crackers baggies for our kids to enjoy on the way home. He was seriously the best waiter we’ve had in a long time and we made sure he got the best tip for how much effort he put into serving our table. I wish I could mention his name but I forgot to ask. When my husband asked if they had sweet tea to drink he said unfortunately no and how much he wished they did because he was from the south. The food was great but what really highlighted our experience was our amazing waiter!!“

“Food is always great. Biggest complaint is the false marketing of the Rapid Pick Up Lane. I'm not sure if employees are flat out LAZY or if they are being advised to not take orders out. You never honor the rapid pick up. What is the point of it? Inclusivity, because everyone else has one? No one orders for pick up via rapid to sit behind everyone placing orders in the drive thru. Takes 2 seconds to walk out the back door and hand someone their order.“
