“I was in Pocatello for one week last month and I went to Mocatello every day they were open. I think the only day they were closed was Sunday. I love this coffee shop so much not Only do they have the best coffee ☕️ in town they also have the best service and the sweetest people who own this place! “While traveling we stopped for coffee. My husband always gets a hot drip coffee. I noticed after about 10 minutes that with every sip he would make a ummm noise. I said you must really like that coffee. He said it was the BEST coffee he’d ever had. They somehow made it frothy and creamy. He like it so much that we drove an extra 20 miles just to go there again and again. The customer service was excellent and every barista was sweet & kind. They even thanked us for stopping by - you don’t get a lot of that anymore. Thank You! :) for hiring great people & for producing amazing Java. I got the mocha latte & again, it was stellar! They made an iced drink for me at no extra cost when my husband requested a frappe instead. The manager, Libby, heads a team that is genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Boulder is who I had the most interaction with. He emphasized that every team member is hardworking. Boulder has such a great Aurora and energy. This Starbucks is a true gem!“
