When I lost my card, they accompanied me to the drive-thru to help search for it. Boulder, an employee, was particularly engaging. They made an iced drink for me at no extra cost when my husband requested a frappe instead. The manager, Libby, heads a team that is genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Boulder is who I had the most interaction with. He emphasized that every team member is hardworking. Boulder has such a great Aurora and energy. This Starbucks is a true gem!“

“While traveling we stopped for coffee. My husband always gets a hot drip coffee. I noticed after about 10 minutes that with every sip he would make a ummm noise. I said you must really like that coffee. He said it was the BEST coffee he’d ever had. They somehow made it frothy and creamy. He like it so much that we drove an extra 20 miles just to go there again and again. The customer service was excellent and every barista was sweet & kind. “We have seen their ads on Local News 8 so we decided to stop by their Idaho Falls location on Wednesday, January 29th. I told the two women at the bakery counter we had seen their TV ads. They said they were glad the ads are working. My dear wife had their blueberry fritter and I had the strawberry frosted donut with fruity pebbles sprinkled on top. Both were really good. Stop by and check out their selection of baked treats. You will be glad you did!“

The only bad thing about this location is the over-crowded parking, but that has nothing to do with the quality or service. This is my go-to coffee shop in town.

Parking: The other two businesses in the building are responsible for most of the parking issues because it appears the majority of Starbucks customers use the drive-thru.

Parking isn’t necessarily the problem, it’s that the lot is very small, cars are constantly pulling in and out, people are walking to and from their cars, and there is a busy intersection of two busy roads perpendicularly adjacent to the building.“

“Wow, just wow! The ladies working today, 9/8, at around 2pm made my café experience a 10/10. They greeted me as I walked in! They gave me a perfect fall recommendation drink, which tasted amazing. And to top it all off, I had an amazing message written on my cup! They definitely gained a new customer, and this will be my go-to Starbucks from now on! Best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks!“
