“I LOVE the crab soup and lobster Bisque soups!! it's disappointing that they aren't regularly carried. more often than not, the soups carried are cheddar broccoli and loaded potato intermittently swapped with Tomato. the seafood soups run out in 1 day. you'd think with their popularity that SanFran Eatery would carrier at least 1 of them full time. when in stock, I purchase at least 4 12oz containers. please consider selling these more frequently. it beats buying McDonald's anyday“

“The service was mediocre and the wait staff really didn't attend to us, we had to go to the bar to ask for napkins,ketchup, and anything else we needed. I know the waitress we had was working an extreme amount of hours, no fault of her own.
The food was incredible though. We usually get decent service. Even though the service is never top notch, the food is always delicious.“

“Visited Bardenay while celebrating my birthday and based on a friends recommendation decided to try this restaurant. Very nice location (from out of town so perfect spot) menu selection extensive and of course the drink selection was amazing! Our server Sydney, so great, recommended the fish tacos. Being from San Diego, I was not sure if I should go with them, but based on Sydney’s glowing review ordered them. Ended up being some of the best fish tacos I have ever eaten. After dinner walked the small lake, so nice. Had a great dinner and will be back the next time my travels bring me back to this area!“

Atmosphere was a little rustic, but the service was great; food was out of this world good!!! Three of us had three different things, and none of us was disappointed. “we've been to this location many times without a negative experience. tonight we ordered onion rings, we've loved them on prior visits. upon arrival at our table it was very obvious they were WAY overcooked. we normally scarf them down because they're so good.we ate 2 of them but left the rest. we mentioned it to waiter when he asked if we were ready for our check and he said, "ya those are way overcooked ". He shouldn't have served them in the first place. 10% was taken from total bill but should have been 100% deducted. very disappointing. 1/2 the fatty part of my bacon wasn't cooked! had to pull it off!“

I called ahead to ask if there were options for me and I was told that everything is made from scratch and is gluten free except for the obvious items (mac and cheese, buns, and whatnot). I got the baker deluxe minus the mac and my only regret is not being able to eat the whole thing. I told them I’m celiac and they took extra care not to touch any gluten before prepping my meal and bagged it separately“

“If it tells anyone anything, we drive in from Spokane to eat here, even after moving away. All the food here is so tasty, the staff and owner are so sweet and fun, the atomosphere and decor is so cute, and we always leave stuffed and happy! I also always look forward to the beginning of the month for their specials sheet. They get creative and have fun whipping up a themed menu that is always top notch. Pro tip: Always order a cinnamon roll. No matter how stuffed we are. My husband isn't even a cinnamon roll fan, but he always helps me devour one. We haven't found another cinnamon elsewhere like Belle's cinnamon rolls. 😩✨️“

“I witnessed something this evening while waiting for our table and I am still thinking about it. We are regular guests at TRH and normally never ever have a problem,it is consistent and that is why we return. After tonight's episode I am not certain I will return and if I didn't have a out of state guest and had waited so long already we'd have left immediately. . My family was waiting for our table and just hanging out by the hostess stand,I witnessed a host drop two butters on the ground,squat down and pick them up,place them on the basket of rolls and proceeded to walk over to a trash can and pick the butters off the rolls,toss just the butters into the trash. I then saw a guest grab her two more butters off the shelf where they keep them,she sat those two on the rolls and took the guests to their table. The issues with this being the butters that fell and she sat on top of the rolls straight off the floor and then a random guest handing her new butters and then serving them. Another guest witnessed this and we both looked at each other like what did we just witness?! I got the attention of another hostess who went and asked the host that dropped the butter who said she didn't,nothing done. I then saw a manager and told him immediately.He asked her and let it go and then I saw him speak to another manager who never did anything as well. Now,why would two guests who witness this just randomly make this up? At the very least one of those managers should've acted quick and removed the rolls from that table and just replaced them. I know without a doubt,100%,what I saw. I am absolutely disgusted and if that happened out in the front of the restaurant what are they allowing in the back? The other guest got seated before we did and as she walked by me she said "I'll be watching my butters and rolls all the way to the table!" Noah and Destinee,when your guest tell you what they witnessed please act quickly and accordingly,this has ruined my view about your Texas Roadhouse.“

Capone's has been a go to for our group for years and we were very disappointed. 3 in our party had the pastrami sandwich which they usually order. The bread was stiff and much less volume than past visits. I had the Ultimate cheeseburger that was dry and very small versus past burgers I've had there. My wife had a taco salad that had dry chicken in very small quantity. The staff were all fantastic as usual with great service. I'm in hopes this was just a bad night for the kitchen as we spent nearly $150 and we were all disappointed. Sorry Capone's but you needed to know.“
