“Wait time was a little long only one car in front of us, but the food made up for it. Everything was cooked well, onion rings were crunchy, pretzels were soft. We received extra ice in our drink as requested. Drive-through employees were nice. Not bad for our little old town Rathdrum, Idaho. WE LOVE JOYRIDE!“

“Shout out to Charlotte and the cook on Saturday 11/16/24. My husband and I decided to stop in for lunch, best decision ever! Food was fast, fresh and she even brought it to our table. It was like magic how fast she had my milkshake made.

“We had such a good experience dining here! The cashier was so friendly and I noticed that he treated all the other customers that came in with the same friendliness and respect. Another staff member who was cleaning the windows greeted us and asked us about our meal. Our food came out quickly and my kids and I loved it. Very clean environment too. “I love that you can build your own pizza. I am dairy free so I had the plant based option. The pizza turned out pretty good.

My wife tried to order take out on the app but it wouldn't let her card go through and the primecious time it locked her card up which was pretty unfortunate. We don't know if it is user error on our end, but twice is enough to not use their online service. Because of this we had to go in which was ok. Their service was still pretty quick.“

“This location is clean. The food was excellent for fast food. Everything was as advertised. The food came out quickly even though it is a busy location.

Out of character a bit, but I asked for the name of the gentleman at the register so I could mention him here. Mike was incredibly welcoming, kind, a great example of exceptional customer service. He even brings food out to customers' tables when able.

I may never come through this area again, but people like Mike remind me of human kindness.

I would give the service and the atmosphere five stars but occasionally their there are staff that give me weird looks that say things about me when they think I can't hear what they're saying in the back room and I I wouldn't necessarily call that professional. On top of that they were out of ice at noon on a Thursday? So we received warm drinks. Service was mediocre. Inflation is hitting us all, so the price was understandable, but the food-to-price value does not seem as good as it had been.“

“We brought our granddaughter here for lunch today, and it was worth the wait. The food was fresh and the staff was nice. I felt bad for the staff because there were only two people working in the whole restaurant. The lady at the register ran her tail off and the guy cooking was running back-and-forth between the back, the front and the window. They really could use help. I felt so bad for them. But they were still kind everybody who showed up. Two families walked out because of the wait, but it wasn’t the workers fault, they are understaffed. Maybe a manager could work.“

“The food was just ok, it was hot and quick. I asked if they could cut my chicken sandwich in half and they said no, they gave me a spork. The chicken pieces did not have much chicken on them at all. The atmosphere was cold with only 3 tables and very uncomfortable hard chairs. They obviously do not want you to eat inside. Well it's been about 2 months later and I decided to try them again the atmosphere is still one star but the food was excellent this time and the service was very good. So I am raising my stars.“

“This was one of the best Jersey Mikes experiences I’ve ever had, Jersey Mikes was my first job and I helped my mom open her own shop a few years ago so I feel like I’m pretty particular about my subs. The shop was incredibly clean, and so were the staff with washing their hands and keeping the area clean, the staff was so friendly, my husband accidentally ordered wrong and they were so helpful with fixing our own mistake, the slicing was BEAUTIFUL, and our subs were sprinkled perfectly, these subs were delicious! I have seen Blake the manager work the lines during busy periods (leading by example). Really seems like it would be a good place to work.

That was just today. Everytime I have come it service has been exemplary. Even accomodationing my odd request to not ring the bell when I round up occasionally. I am autistic and although I have very little effects right now, at the end of a hard work day, it is nice to have a bit less sensory input.
Music is always good and at reasonable levels.
Messes from others are always cleaned in a reasonable time.
