“Five stars all around, but particularly for the service. I am always greeted politely and made to feel very welcome, they have my usual order and I just walk up and pay and they have already started on it, so it is very quick. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for lunch, this is my very own Zips family. 11/10.“

“Wait time was a little long only one car in front of us, but the food made up for it. Everything was cooked well, onion rings were crunchy, pretzels were soft. “Yesterday I stopped in to pick up lunch for the family while my husband was at an appointment, the staff was very friendly and they even opened the doors and carried my food to car for me. My hands were full with our baby and two toddlers.
This is one of our favorite places to go! The food is always so delicious and very good quality!“

“We had such a good experience dining here! The cashier was so friendly and I noticed that he treated all the other customers that came in with the same friendliness and respect. Another staff member who was cleaning the windows greeted us and asked us about our meal. Our food came out quickly and my kids and I loved it. Very clean environment too. “Shout out to Charlotte and the cook on Saturday 11/16/24. My husband and I decided to stop in for lunch, best decision ever! Food was fast, fresh and she even brought it to our table. It was like magic how fast she had my milkshake made.

“I love that you can build your own pizza. I am dairy free so I had the plant based option. The pizza turned out pretty good.

My wife tried to order take out on the app but it wouldn't let her card go through and the primecious time it locked her card up which was pretty unfortunate. We don't know if it is user error on our end, but twice is enough to not use their online service. Because of this we had to go in which was ok. Their service was still pretty quick.“

I would give the service and the atmosphere five stars but occasionally their there are staff that give me weird looks that say things about me when they think I can't hear what they're saying in the back room and I I wouldn't necessarily call that professional. “This location is clean. The food was excellent for fast food. Everything was as advertised. The food came out quickly even though it is a busy location.

Out of character a bit, but I asked for the name of the gentleman at the register so I could mention him here. Mike was incredibly welcoming, kind, a great example of exceptional customer service. He even brings food out to customers' tables when able.

I may never come through this area again, but people like Mike remind me of human kindness.

“Messy's was once a favorite of my family's, but my most recent order was rather disappointing. The burgers are not as tasty nor rich as they have been. On top of that they were out of ice at noon on a Thursday? So we received warm drinks. Service was mediocre. Inflation is hitting us all, so the price was understandable, but the food-to-price value does not seem as good as it had been.“

“We brought our granddaughter here for lunch today, and it was worth the wait. The food was fresh and the staff was nice. I felt bad for the staff because there were only two people working in the whole restaurant. The lady at the register ran her tail off and the guy cooking was running back-and-forth between the back, the front and the window. They really could use help. I felt so bad for them. But they were still kind everybody who showed up. Two families walked out because of the wait, but it wasn’t the workers fault, they are understaffed. Maybe a manager could work.“

“Popeyes did great when they hired Dylan, a sweet young man that is very soft spoken who works at the front. He has helped me both times I've ate there. He is on the ball, makes sure the food is correct (which by the way is hard to do at fast food restaraunts nowadays) and he has excellent customer service, which is also hard to come by. The food was hot, fresh and fast.
The dining room was clean, bathrooms were clean and they looked like they just got done with a rush.“

“Walked in around to the counter around 3:30 pm, and a young lady named Rae came straight over to me from the drive thru window to help me. Not only was I able to have an actual person over a kiosk, but she made it super fast! Food was good too!“

That was just today. Everytime I have come it service has been exemplary. Even accomodationing my odd request to not ring the bell when I round up occasionally. I am autistic and although I have very little effects right now, at the end of a hard work day, it is nice to have a bit less sensory input.
Music is always good and at reasonable levels.
Messes from others are always cleaned in a reasonable time.

Someone that worked at this location and got a feel for everything
The managers here are absolutely A+, they care, they want you to get exactly what you want in a timely and orderly fashion
But it's not completely up to them to do that
Lazy lil cooks, lazy lil front of house, people just watching the time go by
Fast food is completely it's own animal
Convenience is one thing, but being able to feel like you are genuinely taken care of is a whole different thing
I think this location does it's absolute best to do that exactly“
