“Edit 9/27/24- Manager reached out and made everything right in my books !
On 09/23/2024 I ordered food for my wife and child through your website, and the confirmation said it would be ready at 6:36. I arrived at 6:38, only to be told there was a delay due to fryer issues. I didn’t realize the fries were all that was missing, as my burgers and hotdog had apparently been sitting since 6:30.
At around 6:50, the first batch of fries came out, but despite this, my order still wasn’t completed. I watched several other orders go out, and it became clear there were additional issues — they ran out of buns, and other customers were upset. I also noticed that many drink options from the soda machine were unavailable, along with fry sauce and milkshake crème.
By 7:10, I had enough and asked about my food. Only then was I told my fries were the last thing missing, confirming that my burgers had been sitting for nearly 40 minutes. I requested a refund, but the employee at the register didn’t know how to process it and directed me to contact Five Guys online or by phone. This is completely unacceptable — a refund should be handled on the spot at the store.
To make matters worse, this happened on our anniversary. We just wanted a simple meal, but instead we ended up with cold food and frustration. If I had been refunded immediately, this could have been resolved, but the fact that your team couldn't handle a refund left us extremely disappointed. We used to love Five Guys, but this experience has made us question returning.“

This is one of the best Arby’s I’ve been too and from this experience thus far this was the best fast food restaurant in rexburg.
Amazing food and while it seems expensive you get a lot of bang for your buck. Finally in side the restaurant it’s self it is super peace full and comfortable.
10/10 would recommend.“

“We don’t eat here very often. It’s a treat for my grand kids. If we go, I get a fish filet. That’s my go to. I have to say though that, judging by the condition that my fish sandwiches are in when I open the container, making a fish filet must be a very difficult job. Usually, the cheese is totally hanging out of the bun and glued to the box. This time the cheese managed to stay in he bun but the fish was hanging out and almost all of the tartar sauce was in the box and not in the bun. Don’t know how much these workers make but I think they are over paid if they can’t make a sandwich and get the ingredients in the bun. Maybe more training is needed?….this is a bit tongue-in-cheek but you get my point.“

“I’ve visited this place quite a few times as a DoorDasher as well as a customer. THIS IS BY FAR THE SUPERIOR WENDY’s in REXBURG.
As a Dasher, this is a great location to pickup from. They are usually very quick and helpful. After dining hours, dashers have to pick up from the window. On one occasion I was greeted kindly by a worker who was delivering online orders and he promptly brought mine to me as well. On another occasion, I had to reverse from the online pickup parking to the window and wasn’t pleasantly greeted by the window associate, although there weren’t any other customers in the drive-thru. I was told for future reference to drive around the entire store to tell them I am a dasher through the speaker which I believe is pointless granted there were no other customers.
Overall a good location. Great food. They always play football games on the TV which is also nice.
Recommendations for staff:
#1 SMILE MORE, when you act like you enjoy working more customers will come back to enjoy your food.
#2 Be EXTRA kind, especially to paying customers and Dashers.“

“Place seems like it's brand new. Great service. I had the pretzel bun baconator. It was too much food for me. It tasted good but was about twice what I thought it would be. The drink machine is cool. Definitely will go back. I'll just order less.
Kid-friendliness: It's a family friendly restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one floor. No stairs. Automatic doors for handicapped persons.“
“We hadn’t tried this place because it’s in the gas station so we didn’t have high expectations but wow this place was FIRE ? the Krunch box with the chicken strips had huge portions (6 big pieces of chicken) and the chicken and everything was BOMB. Similar to a Cane’s chicken vibe. Honestly 10/10 and the lady who helped us was super nice as well.“

“The food was ok. I've heard that meat from as many as 100 cows can go into one hamburger patty. I ate two, and they were pretty decent. The food was hot. The McFlurry I ordered was semi blended at best. The individual in the drive-thru seemed distracted and I had to repeat myself several times. It took about ten minutes to get my order with only two cars ahead of me.“

“If you’ve been to Chick-fil-A, then you know exactly what you’ll get when you go and that’s kind of nice about the place, at least you know that you will have that same experience each time . The best part of this trip though was I didn’t know that Chick-fil-A gave coaches a free meal, so we pulled up in our bus full of baseball players, that free meal was a nice treat for the four coaches on the bus. Thanks for that Chick-fil-A.“

“8pm, Saturday. There was a sweet young lady that helped me get the mobile app deal and apologized for not having nut
meg for the pumpkin treat. I said it was all fine, it’s my first time trying it so I thought I’d be fine. But when she called my order she managed to find some. And it was DELICIOUS. So thankful.“

“every time i have done carry out through this location there is always an employee with their shoes off. I am not sure exactly why but it has happened more than 3 times now. It’s kind of off-putting to walk in and see that. It is very weird.“

“10/10 customer service today, always choosing this subway in rexburg
I ordered online to have my husband pick-up when he was out and accidentally wrote the wrong note. Even though my order was still coming in, the manager was super awesome to jot it down for when it did the correct note could be passed along!
Carson called us later to let us know they couldn't fulfill the churros, so they subbed it for cookies. Dessert is dessert. We're happy 😊

“There still is hope for humanity. As lyndie ( my 7yo daughters) realized that her new color ring was missing tonight, we back tracked to Freddy's. When Brook Johns ( my wife) begged to go through the garbage to try to find it, the manager wouldn't let her, rather he insisted he do it. Unfortunately, the ring wasn't found so we turned around and headed home again. About 15 minutes later the same manager called to say they found it in another garbage can in the bathroom. Alligator tears turned to tears of joy. Going above and beyond for a7 year old is priceless and so amazing to be a part of. Thank you Freddy's in rexburg for saving the night for us all!!“
