“Been here so many times, it's hard to count, but the food is always consistent and so good. Breakfast is my favorite! The burgers and battered fries are amazing as well though! Homemade pies and fresh cut hashbrowns are just a few amazing things here!“
“The food was really good! I had the chicken taquitos and it was pretty tasty! The atmosphere was great, no loud music but yet had the classic Mexican vibes and colors.I only took of a star from the service because they never came back to check on us but they were also pretty busy too so it was understandable.Parking: There isn't a whole lot of parking.“
“This is my favorite place to eat when I visit Idaho Falls. I swear I’ve ate here 5 days in a row sometimes eating two meals at a time. The prices are great for what you get. I love the sauces, the food tastes delicious and there is so much to choose from.“
“Best Mexican food in Idaho Falls! My husband and I go at least once a week. It’s that good. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious. Some of my favorites are the fish tacos, birra tacos, asada street tacos, chicken empanada, pumpkin horchata, raspberry Horchata, strawberry-orange agua, cucumber-lime agua, and of course their fruit empanadas. I still have more to try!“
“This place has the best food I've ever eaten. The chuche tacos are amazing. Every single hotsauce or salsa is made with love. You can taste it. If I knew Gordon Ramsey, this is where I would take him to lunch. I've lived in Utah and Oregon and when I did I drove to Idaho falls 1 or 2 times a month. To get 12 tacos and a few bottles of the harbenaro hot sauce they make. That's be best review I can give. I would spend 200 dollars on gas for a 20 dollar order of tacos“
“We went here had a great experience. You order and pay when you first arrive. The employees are very helpful with suggestions. I ordered the house burrito with the marinated pork, Adobada. My wife ordered the chicken pesto panini sandwich with fries. They have a lot of drink options. The food was absolutely delicious. My adobada burrito came smothered with poblano cheese sauce and a tasty grill chili pepper on top. The cheese sauce is so good you’ll find yourself making sure each bite has some on it. The adobado was very flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend it for burritos or tacos. The chicken pesto panini was cooked perfectly and there was so much melted cheese. Excellent crunch. The flavors blended together so well this sandwich became an instant favorite. The fries are homemade and pair very well with their fry sauce. The hours are typically from 11-4PM so be sure to plan accordingly. The employees are very helpful and will ensure you have a great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Update, we already went back and I got a burger and onion rings, very good. The onion rings are large. I recommend Park Avenue Grill.“
“Everything is very good, the truth is, I really like the food, the only thing is the waiting time to pay is too much. I would recommend that you put two more people charging. The truth is, it would be better both for you and for you as a customer, but thank you very much for having that taste of the real Mexican food ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️“
“The high ceilings in this restaurant make it extremely loud, especially when it's busy. The tables are a bit wobbly which just boggles my mind, considering how easy it is to fix it. Prices are some of the best in town on good Mexican food. There is no wheelchair access at the main door, and I didn't see another entrance door anywhere. Overall, 9/10. Will definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility at the front main entrance.“
“The tacos at this place are amazing. The tortilla is just the right size for your tacos and portioned with meat. The meat choices are great. Their meat is seasoned just right and make delicious taco meat. which ever meat you choose you wont regret it. Tacos tacos tacos. Oh and dont forget to ask for the red salsa. I'll see you guys there.?????“
“We have eaten here many times and every single time the food is phenomenal! The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is good. We are sad they are only open Thursday through Sunday because we would go there every day if we could. I love their rolled tacos and my husband loves their papasito burrito. I also love their molita and my daughter loves the bean and cheese burrito. The people that work there are so nice and helpful. Especially the front lady. Sometimes it's hard to find seating and parking because it's so popular but then we just do take out and eat it in our car. Lol this place is definitely our favorite Mexican food place. It is so worth the try!!! Oh and the strawberry horchata is amazing! They also have coconut and regular horchata. They have all the Mexican sodas and sides. Their rice is authentic and delicious. I love the balance between their main course and the lettuce they give you, the cheese on top, the spicy salsas, and the sour cream and pico. They have a lovely balance between fresh and fried that makes the meal wonderful. The textures are right on and the flavor of the meats is perfect.“
“The quesabirrias are life changing. Seriously the best food I’ve ever eaten. If I had to choose one food to eat for the rest of my life, that would be it. If I were on death row and got one last meal, this would be it. Absolutely amazing. Best flavors and textures ever. I had the broth and avocado sauce as well and they were easily the best sauces as well.“
“If they don't have it, you don't need it. I've never seen a restaurant with such variety. The food menu goes on and on, plus all the specials on the dry-erase board. And then the variety of beverages lined up across the counter--not counting the fountain drinks. Despite such a broad menu they were fast and the food was well-prepared. We had a Monterrey burrito (special), machaca (which was really good), taco, cheese enchilada, etc. Every salsa you could imagine, too. Highly recommended.Parking: lotsKid-friendliness: Huge menu with something for everybodyWheelchair accessibility: Straightforward“
“This place is delicious and amazing! I called on Thursday midday and asked if they could have 8 dozen tamales for a work lunch on Friday, AND THEY DID! They did not even hesitate.Their tamales are full of meat and have never been dry. They also take Apple Pay.“
“The food was delicious. The gentleman that took our order was very thorough and informative, we tend to be difficult with our ordering because of dietary restrictions, makes me feel sorry for anyone who gets stuck taking our order. That being said, he was very patient and read our order back to us to make sure it was right. It took them awhile to make our food, probably about 20 to 30 minutes, but it was worth it. I would absolutely recommend this place, though it took our food awhile it was very good, you just got to make sure you have the time to wait for it. Can't say that I know authentic, but if it is,they left a very good impression.Dietary restrictions: They are very open to creating a salad for you if you would like, but I am unaware if there are low carb and/or gluten free options.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in the restaurant handicap parking right by the entrance. Little tight in the dining area but manageable.“
“Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is incredible. Great wait staff. Their guacamole is delicious. I am a creature of habit, and a HUGE fan of the Crema. It comes on enchiladas, a burrito, or pollo fundido. Perfection! Keep up the good work, guys! We love you!“
“Fast service, food was good price was fair for a lunch combo. The only complaint was there Chip rules ? are wierd. If you share a meal your charged for chip. If you don't share a meal you get 2 servings But can't take any h ome I don't know first time I've encountered this.“
“Overall, a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean and quiet, and the food was good and priced very reasonably. I can recommend the Burrito Escondido without any reservations, and my five dining companions seemed to enjoy their meals also.“
“Tacos El Rojo is my favorite place to get a street taco in all of Idaho Falls. To you that is a lexical distinction but I really really love tacos. What Tacos El Rojo lacks in atmosphere, they more than make up for with 'dem street tacos! If you hadn't already figured it out, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Parking: The location is Anderson St. and parking can be difficult to access, especially because if you blink you'll miss this place. There is a wonderful little tented patio that is a nice option if you feel like eating there or just dining sort of alfresco.Kid-friendliness: There is nothing that I'm aware of, that excludes Tacos El Rojo from being kiddo friendly. It's right next to Speedi Mart if your kids won't eat it or your kids have different diets.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a taco truck, so if you can get to the truck, I would imagine that makes it accessible.“
“I've been a regular at this wonderful locally-owned family Mexican restaurant for a while now, drawn in by the incredible flavors and unbeatable prices. Whether I'm indulging in the savory Carne Asada fry burrito or starting my day right with the hearty breakfast burrito, every bite feels like a taste of home. The homemade food is consistently delicious, made with care and authentic flair. But what truly sets this place apart is the warm, welcoming atmosphere, especially the kind-hearted mom who always takes care of me with a smile. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Mexican cuisine and a friendly face!“
“I'm a big fan of Garcia's Cocina. The tacos are really great. The woman that helped me order spoke perfect English, and was very helpful. There's lots of seating and the restaurant is clean. This is real Mexican food, and it's delicious. Don't be scared; the front is a market with traditional mexican ingredients. Walk to the back like you own the place and you'll find the restaurant. Go check it out!“
“Great service! And I enjoyed the Chile rellenos! Not a sauce I am used to with Chile rellenos however very much enjoyed it! Kiddos enjoyed their meals as well. Am sad I don't have pictures to share with you. I was too hungry and distracted.Kid-friendliness: My kiddos enjoyed their meals.“
“Idaho Falls is no stranger to good Mexican food. Garcias street tacos is easily one of the best. Everything here is awesome. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation really is remarkable for a street taco place. Keep up the good work!“
“Jalisco’s will always be our go-to restaurant for Mexican food. The pollo fundido is excellent as well as the street tacos plate. However the reason for this review is the outstanding service we recently received with Louis as our server. We have never had a more attentive and efficient, not to mention friendly server! If you get a chance to go to the Westside location ask for Louis, you won’t be disappointed!!“
“Shrimp burrito is super good. My Dogs are spoiled they highly recommend the steak breakfast burrito. ? consistent with food and service. We found the competition lacks in both areas. The Dogs appreciate the hours they are open. Also a notch up in comparison .“
“Very good and very authentic Mexican food. The senora is very friendly and on top of the hot fresh tortillas. It is a very kool all you need Mexican buffet. We stopped in for the lunch Buffet and recommend all the dishes. The pasola was amazing.“
“They specialize in Mexican seafood dishes. Super good food, very flavorful and filling. I got a seafood street taco and a ceviche tostada. Both were very good and a surprisingly larger portion than I was expecting. Lots of seafood on each. It’s in an sold drive in restaurant and isn’t as nice, but it definitely makes up for it with good food. It was busy when I went, which I can see why. Spendier than other Mexican restaurants, but they serve speciality food that is simple and delicious. The dishes I got were on the cheaper side, but they do have larger seafood dishes that run up in price. I will definitely need to go back and try some of the other things they serve.“
“This place is by far my Favorite place to get street tacos, Asada Fries, chicken quesadillas, and the Jamaica Lemonade mixed drink is perfect! They were so amazing they'd never made one before but the gave it a try and made me a Taco Platter for my Birthday.“
“Great Mexican food, lots of options. Service has always been good. Good place to take family or if not in the mood take out is just as good as if you were sitting in the restaurant, minus the atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone who likes Mexican food.“
“Not the best Mexican I've been to but the staff is super friendly. We usually come to either this location or the one on 17th whenever we want Mexican food. I love fish tacos but you're better off eating them at the restaurant... when ordering to go, the tortillas are too wet and break apart.“
“I always come to Plum Loco! The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The take out is speedy and very courteous. And you do get Full orders on take out. Some places you get smaller portions. Not at Plum Loco! You get what you pay for, and as always DELICIOUS ???“
“The drive through staff was friendly. Food is pretty good. The crisp meat burrito seemed skinnier than normal, but the Bavarian cream empanada was very awesome! The lobby has a closed sign, and there were a half dozen signs telling us not to ask about the lobby... Lol.The drive through is falling apart too...“
“Growing up and working in East Los Angeles, I know authentic Mexican food when I taste it. This is the Best Authentic Mexican food I've had in Idaho. Carne Asada street tacos are delicious! Definitely give them a look! Staff is very friendly and yes, they also speak English in case you might feel intimidated from going in.“
