“We are “frequent flyers” at Basils and were happy to get a reservation for Easter. We have tried many dishes and have never had anything that is not delicious. Favorites are the chicken kabob & the spinach cheese pie, but it.s all good. Love the avgolemono soup but do wish they would offer a one cup serving because it is filling. Also LOVE the lemon potatoes.”
“Great and friendly atmosphere. Staff was attentive, drinks delicious.”
“This is my second time visiting Leilani Asian Fusion and both times food has been amazing. The staff have been fantastic and atmosphere and decor are impeccable. Can’t wait to continue to create memories with friends at Leilani’s!”
“What a wonderful experience! A hidden gem that everyone should try out! THIS is by far the best Indian food we've ever had! And we've had many good ones! Veena is such a wonderful hostess and chef Rob's cooking his grandmother's authentic regional recipes! The best and most delicious and interesting bread I've ever had. Black linen tablecloths. The desert of the day was indescribable. it was so wonderful and authentic and unique. ABSOLUTELY enjoy this treasure, so centrally located.”

“Millers already house is a great restaurant with great food!”
“Wow! Stopped in for a quick lunch and was blown away. Chips/salsa and cerviche were brought to our table to begin and only got better from there. Excellent choices of seafood and other non-traditional dishes. My wife said that her seafood burrito would be on her last meal request! Ha! More pricey than a regular Mexican restaurant but worth it. Definitely going back!”
“4 of us went Friday night 4/21 before the show at Paramount. We had reservations ànd our table was ready for us on time. The food was really good, but the highlight of our entire time there was our server Carla. Carla went above and beyond for us. “My sister and I drove 3 hours from Indianapolis just for Bolivian food…. Worth every mile!!! So delicious, saltenas, chicken empanadas, sonsos, platanitos, yuca!!!! The owners were so sweet and inviting. Please support this new business!! We’re already making plans to drive back for more!!”
“Fantastic desert shop with some amazing options. i had the Dubai chocolate and Éclairs. What I loved was the flavor and the fact that even though the desserts were covered on chocolate, it wasn't too sweet or rich. It was the perfect amount of sweetness for an adult. Not the cheapest place but certainly worth the price to try.”
“First time there yesterday and ordered To Go as I didn't have time to eat there. I was pleased with all the options. I tried the Tropical Island bowl and loved it! Generous portion that mafe 2 full meals for me. I will definitely be back to try more of the bowls. Glad it's close to my home.😀”

“We happened across this gem of a restaurant this past week. Menu is quite large with a wonderful assortment if items. I had the 2 by 2 by 2 by 2. Two eggs served hot and prepared as requested, with.two sausages , 2 slices of bacon and 2 huge pancakes. Way more than I could eat but pancakes were delicious leftover. Breakfast specials 7-11am M-F will be tried on our next visit. Very spacious and clean with friendly service.”

“Lao Sichuan has the most authentic and consistently amazing Chinese food to be found anywhere in the U.S. Having spent some time living in China while I was in undergrad, there are certain flavors that I crave, which your run of the mill American style Chinese restaurant will not have. My wife and I live in St Charles and make the 1 hour 20 minute round trip at least once a week to get our fix. The food is that good. The owner is seemingly always there, and obviously genuinely cares about ensuring quality in what is served every time. Our favorites are Chengdu Style King Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Beef in Pure Cumin Powder, Toothpicks Lamb, and the Xiao Long Bao. I cannot for the life of me fathom how this restaurant does not have a higher rating. It is the best. Try it. You won't regret it.”
“We stopped in for a quick bite before a show at the Paramount Theater, and Altiro absolutely delivered! Despite not having a reservation, they happily accommodated us—such a gracious welcome. We mentioned that we were on a time crunch and wanted bold, flavor-packed dishes that could be prepared quickly. Our server, Maria, was incredible—she immediately offered spot-on recommendations for both food and drinks, ensuring we got the best of what Altiro had to offer without feeling rushed. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the drinks were perfectly crafted. The service was not only efficient but also warm and thoughtful, making us feel truly valued as guests. The atmosphere was inviting, with stylish décor and a cozy, intimate feel that made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in Aurora, whether for a night out or just craving an outstanding meal, Altiro is an absolute must-visit. We can’t wait to return!”
“We stopped in as we were passing through for dinner & let me say we were so glad we did. The atmosphere was wonderful, service was very friendly & the food was amazing. Their sirloin was so delicious. We’ve had many good steaks in our lives but for the price it was very tasty. The chicken Alfredo was pretty great too but the lava cake, which was a last minute decision, was to die for. Not sure when we will be up in that area again, but let me see if we are, we will be back. Didn’t get a picture of the steak, but this was the wonderful dessert!”
“I love Domo 77 and you will too! This place is absolutely amazing with attentive staff, amazing chefs, and outstanding food. The Domo mustard is the absolute best addition to a Hibachi dish and if you don’t believe me, go try it! Amazing and unique drink menu, great desert, and fantastic Hibachi dining atmosphere!”
“Good Taiwanese food!! Came here with my husband today for lunch, and they have very good lu rou fan! We also had their Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it definitely hit the spot 😋 I saw that they also have bah oan so I’ll be coming back to try that at some point! So grateful to have a place that can fill my Taiwanese belly!”
“Food was really great but they need the great customer service to go along with it”
“Their unique custard concoctions are so yummy. Highly recommend giving them a try. Very clean establishment. Friendly service. Lots of menu items to choose from. From tea to sundaes and lots of different toppings.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of toppings for the kiddos to put on themselves.”

“I grew up eating White Castle and then the whole franchise seemed to get worse. This place is a gem. They do a great job. They're slow but that's because they make it all fresh. I always order mine with extra onions and pickles. Do not get ketchup and mustard. They mix it and I think that's what gives you the well. You know what I mean”
“Hired Cocos tacos for my wedding. Jose provided tacos and tortas for the midnight snack and it was AMAZING!!!!! One of the highlights of our wedding. Food is 100% authentic.”

“Super cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The music is amazing and there are lots of comfy places to sit. The baristas were super helpful and friendly. They had a mini art exhibition too, which was super cool and I loved seeing a local artist's work. I got a chairita, a split between a chai and apple cider, which was yummy and spicy.
They brought our drinks out to us and I felt very comfortable here. Highly recommend for a coffee date or working out of a cafe.”
“If someone were to ask me what is Dos Bros like,I would say that it is similar in concept to Chipolte, but better and a little bit cheaper. I live in Nashville where don't have any locations. I am hoping they will open here soon. The locations in Jackson and Shelbyville were clean with pleasant staff and excellent service. Highly recommend. Additionally I recommended Dos Bros to a friend who lives in Shelbyville. She and her son both loved it.”
“My wife and I celebrated our 23 year anniversary listening to some dope DJz this past Friday night. We had an absolute blast! Our server Chris was great and he made sure we were taken care of. My wife says he is her new best friend. We’re from out of town but everyone made us feel like family. Thank you all and We can’t wait to come back.”
“Syrup is easily the best breakfast and lunch spot in Aurora. The food is consistent which is sometimes hard to find and the flavors are always spot on. Big fan of the Loaded Potato Cakes with Tillamook Cheddar, but yesterday I found a new favorite in the Chicken & Waffles Deluxe. Their omelets are always huge and packed with ingredients. The Billion Dollar Bacon is also amazing.”
“This Subway location truly stands out! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. The staff was patient and attentive, ensuring my order was made just the way I wanted it. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the bread was perfectly baked, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. The restaurant itself was spotless, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere that made my experience even better. Whether you’re in a rush or want to sit and enjoy a meal, this Subway offers the perfect balance of quality, speed, and comfort. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning for more!”
“Came here only because we were in the area. Took a chance and we are glad we did. The food was above par. The service was on point. The place was very clean. We tried the chicken tacos & White rice. Also we had the siete tipos de mariscos. This was a good stop.”

“If you love Korean fried chicken or are curious about trying it for the first time, Bonchon Aurora is the perfect place to go. We recently visited this location and were thoroughly impressed by everything—from the food to the service to the overall atmosphere. Bonchon delivers a flavorful, high-quality dining experience that stands out from other casual spots in the area.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and seated right away. The interior is clean, modern, and nicely laid out. It has a casual yet stylish vibe, making it a great place to hang out with friends, have a family dinner, or even do takeout if you’re in a rush. The music was upbeat but not too loud, and the environment was welcoming and relaxing.
Now, let’s talk about the food—because that’s what Bonchon is all about. We ordered a combo of wings and drumsticks with both Soy Garlic and Spicy flavors. The chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It’s honestly some of the best Korean fried chicken we’ve ever had. The soy garlic has a deep, savory-sweet flavor that keeps you reaching for another bite, while the spicy has a real kick without being overwhelming. It’s bold, flavorful, and lingers just enough to remind you it’s legit.
In addition to the chicken, we tried a few of their appetizers and sides. The takoyaki was hot and crispy on the outside and creamy inside with a drizzle of mayo and bonito flakes on top—just how it should be. The kimchi coleslaw was an unexpected but delicious twist, adding a tangy crunch to the meal. We also shared the bibimbap, which came out sizzling in a stone bowl and was absolutely loaded with fresh veggies, perfectly cooked rice, and tender beef. Once mixed together with gochujang, it was a fantastic balance of flavors and textures.
Service was great—our server was attentive, kind, and happy to answer our questions about the menu. The food came out quickly and hot, and we never felt rushed or ignored. It’s always refreshing to have a team that genuinely cares about your experience.
Another thing worth mentioning is how well they package everything for takeout. We’ve ordered Bonchon for pickup before, and everything always comes fresh, neatly packed, and still crispy—even after a drive home. That says a lot about their attention to quality.
Parking was easy, and the location is super convenient if you’re shopping or passing through the area. Plus, their online ordering system is smooth and reliable, which makes this a go-to for quick lunches or dinners on busy days.
Bonchon Aurora truly brings the flavors of Korea in a fun, accessible, and high-quality way. Whether you’re dining in or ordering out, you’re going to get consistent food and service. This is the kind of place that becomes a regular stop because you know exactly what you’re going to get—crispy, crave-worthy chicken and a menu that surprises you with depth beyond just wings.
We left full, happy, and already talking about what we want to try next time. Highly recommend the soy garlic wings, the spicy combo for heat lovers, and the bibimbap if you’re looking for a heartier option. Bonchon Aurora deserves all five stars and then some.”
“The menu is extensive, food is freshly made and delicious and the soups are better than any restaurant soup I have ever had.... I have to admit, I am "addicted" to the soups, primarily the Baked Potato Soup. I could eat that every day. I am what one would call "a regular" thru the drive thru for most often, the soup, however, the salads and variety that they offer are plentiful and again, delicious.... Highly recommend the Patio/Aurora, IL.”
“If I could give 10/10 stars I'd give this location a 12. This store is always lit fam, top notch comedy, and way better than sitting at home watching the office! The warmth from your delicious caramel macchiatos bring me such joy, it's like my father never left when I was a kid :) Thank you for your service! Sincerely a fellow father figure.”
“What a great place!! I really recommend The Band Sundance for entertainment. They are such a great band. The sound is fantastic and they really get the crowd going. Highly recommend !!!”
“We come to this Portillo’s very couple months and drive over a hour just to eat here after loving it when we moved up to the chicago area and were so excited to see one come to Springfield IL after we moved back home. it’s always such a great experience for the kids but today we were very disappointed the food was not very good at all and the place was so dirty, nothing was filled, straws or ketchup and every table in the place was dirty, there were a lot of workers but no one cleaning up. I had to ask a worker for something to clean one of the tables with just so we had a clean table to eat at. what looked to be a manager was at a table on the phone.”
“Experienced MaTea House for the first time today and I loved it ! Amy was so friendly, she answered my questions and was patient as I looked through their extensive menu. They have non dairy creamers and soy milk, which was music to my dairy free ears lol! I ordered the coffee milk tea with tapioca and strawberry bobas, it was delicious! Next time I go to the mall I am so making a trip to MaTea House. ”

“Tonight was my boyfriend's and my usual date night out of town, with a movie & food, but tonight we caught a late movie. We were worried we would find nothing but your typical McDonald's & the such, but stumbled upon Baba's and I'm glad we did. The woman running the counter was very nice, and made some recommendations to me when I wasn't sure what to order. I ended up getting the large catfish filets (by her recommendation) and they were delicious! They had a light crisp batter, and were very moist on the inside. My boyfriend ordered wings, which she also suggested & they too were crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. We left very satisfied, and definitely intend to return the next time we're in the area!”
“I love this place. I come here on my lunch break and it's one of my favorites. The staff and owners are always super friendly and the food is amazing . The portions are very generous and for a great price. Usually I always have enoguh to take home for dinner leftover . Thier menu I think is very good with a great Variety. The food tastes fresh and always delicious. 😋. I love it can't say anything bad.”
“We had a really amazing experience as a family. The menu has been revamped under the new management. Good food, good music, good service, and great atmosphere for the entire family.
I recommend El Festin, good food, good music, and good atmosphere. We enjoyed a very pleasant time as a family. The restaurant has been remodeled and has more options on the menu. Everyone is very friendly and attentive.”
“We've been a few times, and everyone we've met has this fun bubbly personality. They're very informed about their product and make recommendations based on personal preference, local options, popular options...anything (within reason) you can think of they know their product. And if you don't feel like walking around, there are games and TVs in the back.”
“OMG! I have missed good take out since going vegan, and this place blew my mind! They had all the classic Chinese rake out dishes. Everything I got tasted exactly like what I remember prior to being vegan. I got sweet and sour chicken, vegan salt & pepper shrimp, wonton soup, and bean paste dessert rice balls. Everything was heavenly and wish I had stuff like this where I lived. I will definitely be back when I'm in the Chicago area again! Heck, I'd travel just for this food! I love that it's located in Chinatown too, which is a very cool area! The menu labeled what wasn't vegan/had egg & dairy.”
“Poor service and horrible beer. I ordered a brew dog hazy IPA and the waitress brought me some kind of red ale which is clearly not a hazy IPA. See attachment for what the beer should look like and what they brought me. Waitress does nothing to remediate the situation. Never seen such a poorly run business. Staff have bad attitudes and beer was definitely not right. Maybe it was spoiled or they substituted a cheaper product. Do not go here.”
“This local sports pub has a yummy new menu, great servers, and many loyal customers!!!”
“The venue is awesome, the people and workers are amazing, DJ's ROCK, and Paul Oakenfold was a night I will never forget! I will definitely go back! Multi purpose venue for live shows and acts!”
“The owner is so nice! First time seafood boil made easy because of his advice. Great price for the food and the combo comes with a lot of shrimp. Wish the potatoes were smaller.”
“The guacamole with pineapple is very good. The waiter was very nice. Its very clean. My rib eye needed salt. I did not like being charged 30% gratuity.”
“The tacos and hush puppies are bomb. It's connected to another restaurant called Brown's Chicken. Still good though. Awesome food, huge tacos, nice people. Takes some time to get your order but it's worth it. Good burritos, homeade salsas, fair pricing. Good place. Locally owned and it has a nice home like feel... aside from the browns chicken next to it. Good amount of variety, with desserts. Prices are high on some things and low on others so it kinda averages out compared to like places. Taco was a little dry but we'll flavored. Ingredients are crumble cheese and not shredded and the refried beans will still have whole beans in them.”
“For a little seafood shack right next to the apartment complex, they present such wonderful signature dishes.
Whether it's for the sushi (ate before photo, sorry) or the Stuffed Coconut (Cocoa Rellano). I just love trying out their signature dishes. They are so fascinating to see either on your table or order for take-out.
Will come back again for the Pina Rallena! (Stuffed Pineapple) and with a better Spanish vocabulary! Se un poco español...
Parking: Kinda hard to find the building for first-time customers.”
“We ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani and the "NNC" (No Name Chicken).
I must say, I had never seen a dish called "NNC" before, but the taste was absolutely delicious!
My daughter enjoyed it immensely, and it was a hit with the whole family. I highly recommend trying the NNC if you get the chance.
Thank you!”
“It has been a few years since my husband and I have been here to Red Lobster and today we saw commercials on TV about the new lobster menu and thought we’d try it out. The food was amazing. Our waiter Tay made the experience very pleasurable. Would recommend coming back again if Tay could be my server May God bless him and his family. You have a good employee there.”
“Pizza is good as long as u don’t order PEPPERONI there very cheap with the pieces I had to actually look for them my pizza look dam near like a cheese pizza … the wanna be manager has bad customer service his response was ORDER EXTRA NEXT TIME smh glad I don’t order pizza that often cause they don’t deserve my money … time to find another pizza place it’s that simple … so treat your customers right”

“Horrible place to eat , grill filthy and the place was dirty. It looked like they were not ready to open it was 11:30 and the food quality was nasty. I was charged extra for chicken when half of spoon portion was put on my burrito bowl, they server put lots of red sauce on top. The black beans were spoiled tasted bitter and a weird spell , the chips were stale. I really regret coming here I was in front of the server but he didn’t notice me cause he was leaning down with head down like sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing, horrible old food and not ready to open!!”

“Been coming to this establishment since they opened and have been pleased with their wings, catfish and shrimp. Conveniently located. I noticed as I placed my order I saw a sign stating yo keep costs down, pay with cash if possible. I paid with cash and noticed on my receipt I was charged the credit card fee (didn’t see a sign for that). Anyway, I bought it to the attention of the young man who took my order and he apologized and refunded the cc fee. Please check your sales receipt at all fast food establishments.”

“We were out shopping and didn't want to stop and ruin the shop till you drop vibe but we were starving and a drive thru wouldn't cut it but both agreed a quick taco or quesadilla would hit the spot. We decided on Taco Dale since we'd never had it before, it was a Friday night and again wanted something quick. Our initial thought or plan was (as it usually is) was to just get it to go and eat in the car and keep shopping.... we went in and ordered a cheese quesadilla and a steak quesadilla I asked if they could cut them in half (so we could split them) to let us each try both. They come with pico, guac, and crema. We didn't get the pico - just guac and crema. The girl was easily accommodating. As we were waiting for the order we quickly realized it may be greasy and we should probably stay and just eat it there. Once we got the order we told them we were going to stay and Christian was extremely accommodating and kind - he brought us chips, salsa, hot and mild sauce and drinks since we weren't going to initially stay. He also kept checking on us to see if we needed anything as well. Christian was also very kind and friendly to the other patrons that came in as well. The menu is abundantly full, there is something for everyone and the menu can be easily accommodating if needed. The ladies were very kind as well (I didn't get any names though I'm sorry). The restaurant itself was clean, warm and inviting. It is also ADA accessible. We will definitely be returning customers.”

“1st time trying this place in Des Plaines and I must say that the bumper fries, bumper chicago style hotdog, chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce which was great paired together and the bumper burger was all amazing 😋 👌 Definitely a must try🙌 I also like that it's all Halal meat so it's never frozen always fresh ❤️”
