Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“

“I had a great time at this lovely little restaurant last night. I was so excited to try it and I love French food. We ordered almost every appetizer and they were all fantastic. My favorites were the venison steak tartare, and the salad lyonnaise. I had the duck for my entree and it was incredible. My friends had the steak tartare and the sausages as their entrees and they were super happy. Wine was also awesome. I can't wait to go back and try more.“

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “Man! The place is always clean, free snacks like pizza, chicken tenders, and the best gummy bears I've ever had! They got all types of soda, water, beer, wine, orange & pineapple juice. They have Little bags of trail mixes, cookies (Oatmeal Raisin are the best!) Brownies, chips muffins! What else are they missing!?(Ice cream during summertime) They got all the current great games, but you know they can't fit them all in one location so they have another store 1 block away for those other games and with they same freebies snacks. “I go to Cafe Mirage every time I visit Chicago, after it was recommended to me by friends who had already been there. In April and May this year, I was there several times. There is a nice atmosphere inside and especially outside. The hygiene is at a high level, the food is very tasty, and the staff is pleasant and kind. Drinks were good as well.I absolutely loved it . “This hotel is perfectly located roughly equidistant between O’Hare and Wrigley. Depending on the time and day, you can get a very reasonably-priced Uber ride to either location. It is also within walking distance of several great restaurants. Le Meridian is clean and modern, and in a very safe area. Our room on the second floor was also very clean and modern. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downsides: no free coffee in the morning, a bit noisy at night, and the mattress is so comfortable, it makes me realize how uncomfortable my mattress is at home!“

She speaks Albanian & Greek and excellent English. The husband stays back in the kitchen creating the excellent food and the wife serves patrons out front. If you're not on a particular diet, and just want some good old-fashioned wholesome diner-type food, this is place.“
