“This is hands down our favorite restaurant. We eat here at least twice a week, and the consistency is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The service is warm, efficient, and always welcoming. The chicken skewers are outstanding. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked just right every time. They are flavorful without being heavy, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The Greek salad is equally impressive. Crisp vegetables, generous feta, balanced dressing, and always fresh. It is simple, but done exceptionally well. When a restaurant can deliver this level of quality consistently multiple times a week, that says everything. We highly recommend it.“

“My go-to coffee is from the Little Creperie. I used to be a starbucks drinker, and now I can’t ever go back to it after tasting the quality of Little Creperie’s coffees. My absolute favorites are the Honey Lavender Latte, Pistachio Creme Latte, and Mocha. Not only do the coffees taste amazing, but the presentation is so cute!!“

“This was a really nice meal. I was extremely impressed with Danielle. We asked some questions on the menu and she could read recite that menu front to back.

My favorite dish of the night were the scallops. They were perfectly seared and cooked. That dish melted in your mouth.

Not pictured, but the Cod dish was a little underwhelming. Fish was cooked well and I respect the process with cooking in parchment paper, but the artichoke and other components didn't work for me. It needed more acid.

The pork tenderloin and pate were nice. The potatoes needed a little something, the butter can only take you so far.

This is a great French restaurant and I'll be back.“

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “Brewpoint is a gem in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I am entirely blessed to live blocks from their craft location on York. Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“

We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “I like this place. They sell Central Asian food, snacks, and drinks along with some deserts. I like bakery savory options and usually order pirozhki (like donut stuffed with mashed potato) and samsa (beef or chicken inside dough). Very delicious. Not many people in the mornings and afternoons, service is quick. I love one of the servers there, she is really nice, always welcomes people with a smile and seems very kind.“

“I was introduced to this place when I was in High School and absolutely loved the Pancakes because they were fluffy and came with alot of toppings. Although at the time it seemed like it was cluttered with chairs and their staff was a little rude the food made up for everything else.

Fast forward 6 years I went back here with my friend on vacation and the decor and how everything was setup made it feel really refreshing and not cramped anymore. I had gotten my favorite chocolate pancakes and tasted the same they did 6 years ago with a ton of toppings and the same fluffy goodness. Me and my friend both agree that the food here is better than First Watch“
