“Bright, open, comfortable space for people meeting up in pairs, groups, or working solo. Outlets available along walls under bench seating. Two bathrooms divide the front room from the more dim/ "cozier" room in the back, which offers additional seating in the form of larger, wider tables. Acoustics are decent for the size and height of the ceiling /open brick space. Ironically this cafe has a quiet ambience that makes it great for working on a laptop with headphones on without getting distracted by the typical loud, jarring sounds normally heard at smaller or more common cafes. Music is not too distracting or loud, and features a wide range of genres. I think the staff changed it up manually to mix it up every hour or so. It didn't sound too generic or predictable. Also, the staff here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, sweet, and cheery, and made suggestions to customers while they ordered. I loved my cold brew and Lorraine Croissant which was heated up. The absolutely gorgeous and enviable "living wall" full of real plants ? at the front is an AWESOME use of vertical wall space. It is always great to see businesses using real plants. I also appreciate the subtle stylish additions like the pretty chandeliers and beautiful metal hand-created signage on the other walls. Metal chairs at the tables near the other side of the cafe are not that comfortable after awhile, but not terrible either. Bathrooms are accessible for all needs and there is a high chair near the bar if you need one for a kid. Parking is tricky as the lots in the front and back can fill up quickly at the start of the day/midday.

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “Located in an outlook of Walmart in the old TGIF Restaurant location,this First Watch offers good food and great service. Been to other First Watch locations and the Bloomingdale location is better in my opinion.

We went early on a Sunday morning and were seated immediately.

Started with hot coffee ( You get a whole lot for the table) and an iced tea with free refills.

My wife who is gluten free had the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl with Italian sausage,Crimini mushrooms,tomatoes and kale. Big enough to bring half of it home.

I had the Bacado Omelet with sour dough bread and seasoned potatoes. Basically an omelet filled with crispy bacon,avocado and Monterey Jack cheese topped with sour cream and a side of Pico de Gallo. Since I like my eggs a little spicey,they have bottles of Cholula Hot sauce on each table..bonus!

We were lucky to have received a BOGO coupon for being a member of their First Watch club.

Open daily 7am to 230pm.

“Gluten free choices which were great! I enjoyed the mixed berry French toast. There was 3 pcs of French toast topped with fresh fruit, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Coffee was hot and served in a pitcher at the table. Very cheery place with good vibes. Comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and greeted me.

She speaks Albanian & Greek and excellent English. The husband stays back in the kitchen creating the excellent food and the wife serves patrons out front. If you're not on a particular diet, and just want some good old-fashioned wholesome diner-type food, this is place.“

“My wife, myself, and 2 young kids have been visiting Level Up Cafe & Lounge since they opened. The owners Shawn and Victoria do a great job. The staff is very friendly, they have delicious refreshing protein shakes, smoothies, food, and adult beverages. We absolutely love the atmosphere and free arcade with purchase. “This hotel is perfectly located roughly equidistant between O’Hare and Wrigley. Depending on the time and day, you can get a very reasonably-priced Uber ride to either location. It is also within walking distance of several great restaurants. Le Meridian is clean and modern, and in a very safe area. Our room on the second floor was also very clean and modern. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downsides: no free coffee in the morning, a bit noisy at night, and the mattress is so comfortable, it makes me realize how uncomfortable my mattress is at home!“
