I ordered online for Crystal Lake by clicking Pick Up, but the website sent the order to Algonquin. They refused to refund my order. I have included a picture of the website and the pick up button. It clearly says Crystal Lake.“

“One of my favorites! I always get the coconut pineapple smoothie with boba, but the fruit teas are so good too. The boba is always perfect- not too chewy and not too soft, and the pefect amount of sweetness. Super friendly staff and really cute atmosphere. So glad we finally have a great boba place around here!“

“We drive 25 minutes out of our way just to get this. They are very consistent with their drinks and even when they're busy I never get hard and old boba unlike some other places in the area. Pricing is fair and equal to other places but quality itself beats their competitors in my opinion.“

The ingredients are so fresh and of very good quality
The shrimps are big, the beef is soft and tender. When I get chicken they make it with a really good lemony flavor
