Dunkin' Donuts in Algonquin

“Four cars were in the drive-up, so we went inside to get the Halloween Munchkins Bucket on Sunday. Two people were in line. Only one young girl (Gracie) was working, but she was efficiently going back and forth between waiting on the drive-thru and the inside customers with a great attitude, no less. She apologized and said getting our bucket might take a few minutes because she was the only one working. We had no problem waiting and understood her situation. But we got the bucket quickly because she was very organized. She deserves a raise or bonus for doing that all on her own. Where was the manager? Poor girl should not have had to manage that all on her own.“

“I wasn’t a fan of Dunkin coming from Las Vegas back home to here but now I am a big fan now I see why there’s so many of them that taste great. The service is always good and the most important thing is that when you order the same thing you get exactly the same thing as last time.“

“I order every morning before work, so before 7am. I’ve only had great service, the staff are so friendly, orders are always correct snd 99% of the time it’s a good coffee day ! which is better than any other dunkin i’ve gone to where it’s basically 50/50 chance of good coffee lol. but they are amazing and even if they’re out of an item they offer something else and it’s just impossible to be even a little upset. Every other dunkin needs to learn from this one.“
