“Masala Madness has quickly become one of my favorite local spots. Even though I’m not Indian, the moment I walked in I felt completely at home. There’s a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile.
The food is on another level. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and you can tell the chef puts real care into each dish. The spices are balanced beautifully—every bite bursts with flavor without ever feeling overwhelming. I was even lucky enough to snag their gulab jamun for dessert, and it completely stole my heart—soft, warm, and perfectly sweet.
I can confidently say this will be my go-to place for Indian food for a long time.“

“What a wonderful experience! A hidden gem that everyone should try out! THIS is by far the best Indian food we've ever had! And we've had many good ones! Veena is such a wonderful hostess and chef Rob's cooking his grandmother's authentic regional recipes! The best and most delicious and interesting bread I've ever had. Black linen tablecloths. The desert of the day was indescribable. it was so wonderful and authentic and unique. ABSOLUTELY enjoy this treasure, so centrally located.“

“We had a great experience at this restaurant! The veg keema biryani was flavorful and perfectly spiced — a real highlight. The naan was soft, fresh, and the perfect companion to the rich and creamy paneer butter masala, which was absolutely delicious. Everything was served hot and tasted freshly made. Definitely a place I'd recommend for anyone craving tasty vegetarian food!“

“One of the best biryani places around! The Veg Biryani and Chicken Biryani were perfectly spiced and super flavorful—straight 5/5. The Goat Curry stole the show: tender, rich, and absolutely amazing. Could eat it every day!
Indo-Chinese side wasn’t great—Manchow Soup was a pass and the noodles were just average.
Service from Rocky was excellent—quick, friendly, and on point. Overall, the Indian dishes are outstanding and the service made the experience even better. Already planning my next visit for more biryani and that goat curry! Highly recommend! 🔥“

“Tried their samosa, vada pav, veggie sandwich and spicy potato taco. Loved everything except the Vada pav (they were mediocre). Would highly highly recommend this place with a caveat that it has limited seating space ( 2 small table with no ambience)“

“Nice place for an evening snack. We tried Ragda Pani Puri, Bhel Puri & Ragda chaat. They all taste really good. Cost is about 7 dollars for 6 Pani Puris . With Ragda Pani Puri, they give 1 sukha Pani Puri free of cost. The quantity is pretty good for the cost. The owner is also very kind person.“

Extremely attentive and friendly. They saw us trying to figure out drinks and other items and told us to enjoy and that a staff member will handle it.“

“A Culinary Hug from Amama’s Kitchen – Naani’s Café
If Subbamma’s Kitchen reminds us of the warmth of “Amma’s” cooking, then Naani’s Café at Mall of India in Naperville wraps you in the nostalgic embrace of “Amama’s” (grandmother’s) kitchen — where every dish is steeped in love, tradition, and soul.
Having been loyal patrons of Subbamma’s for its authentic Andhra comfort food, discovering Naani’s Café felt like unearthing another hidden gem — one that celebrates the richness and depth of flavors only a grandmother could perfect.
True to its name, Naani’s serves food that feels deeply personal and homey. The Vegetable Korma is a creamy, delicately spiced delight; the Chicken Korma is hearty and full of flavor; and the Monagadu Chicken brings a bold, fiery punch that leaves you wanting more. But the crown jewel here is undoubtedly the Goat Biryani — fragrant, perfectly cooked, and arguably one of the finest biryanis in Chicagoland. The Chicken 65 is delicious and truly unique. Once you start enjoying it as an appetizer, it’s hard to stop! Chicken 65 has become a must-have starter at every party.
In the chaat corner, the Bangalore Masala Puri is an instant transport to Bengaluru streets — and as someone who grew up in Bangalore savoring it for over 30 years, I can say with confidence that it’s spot on. Their Muntha Masalas are another rare find, bursting with authentic flavor. And when it comes to a light snack, nothing beats their comforting Bun Maska with Irani Chai — my go-to whenever I’m shopping at Mall of India or Indiaco.
What sets Naani’s apart is its unique home-style preparation — the secret behind why their food remains irresistibly good even after countless visits. Over the past year, our family has dined here regularly, and Naani’s has also catered our daughter’s housewarming, four birthday parties, and two poojas. Every time, the food has been consistently fresh, flavorful, and memorable.
While Subbamma’s Kitchen will always hold a special place in our hearts for its nostalgic Andhra touch, Naani’s Café has created its own cherished corner in our lives — not as a comparison, but as a beautiful complement. Both establishments honor South Indian heritage with pride, each in their own delicious way.
So if you find yourself in Naperville and craving food that feels like it was made by loving “Amama” hands, head to Naani’s Café. It’s not just a meal — it’s a warm memory served on a plate.“

“The person at checkout counter gets annoyed when the customer takes time to decide the food items. You can see it on his face. The food is good. There are couple of chairs to have the food in case the customer decides to eat. The prices are reasonable. The service needs to be improved. Plenty of variety of food items.“
“We just catered from Anmol. I will give 10/10 for food and customer service. From Aneela the manger and the person who delivered our food, everyone is very professional. Cant wait order again.“

“It was our first time trying Pakistani foods and it was amazing. Just enough spice on your pallet and good portions of food. Extremely friendly staff as well. 5 out of 5 stars. If you’re looking for something new to try, this is the place to go. We will definitely be coming back to try more items in the menu. We had the samosa , delicious! The beef seekh kabob, delicious and the beef seekh roll, delicious!!! Oh and the mango lassi, so good!“

“Been to this place with friends over the weekend, and it turned out to be a delightful experience.
The restaurant is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys authentic Indian flavors, especially vegetarians. The menu has a wonderful variety of dishes, but the spicy Veg Seekh Pulav truly stands out. It’s aromatic, perfectly spiced, and packed with rich flavors that balance heat and taste beautifully. You can tell it’s made with care and fresh ingredients.“
