“I recently visited a charming Nelikona coffee place in downtown Palatine. The rose 🌹 coffee was delicious. I loved that it was served in gorgeous tea cups, adding a unique touch to the experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for gatherings or meetings. The staff were incredibly friendly, which enhanced the welcoming vibe. “I rarely eat out these days because it’s hard to find places that truly care about using quality ingredients, but this place blew me away! The food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The Million Dollar Bacon is incredible—perfectly cooked and so flavorful. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!“

“This place is wonderful! It’s brand new and fun for hours! The 3 and under area is a great addition for the younger ones. The decor is pleasing to the eye and not decorated in bright harsh colors like most kids places! There’s plenty of seating options for adults too. The cafe has a lot of options as well. Re-entry is allowed so it was perfect to go take a little break and come back later. I highly recommend it!“

“I would say that coming here is a good spot to get boba. It’s nice to enjoy it whenever you got a chance to get it. My go to would always be getting the chocolate oreo mocha with brown crystal boba. The girls at the counter are always working hard and I appreciate their effort to make my drink worth coming back for.“

“10 stars We came here hungry and they delivered! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and so mouthwatering. Scott (host) was very pleasant and even helped take our pictures. Our waiter Marlon was very attentive to us, they were clearly informed of the menu and had great recommendations. “Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. “
“Man! The place is always clean, free snacks like pizza, chicken tenders, and the best gummy bears I've ever had! They got all types of soda, water, beer, wine, orange & pineapple juice. They have Little bags of trail mixes, cookies (Oatmeal Raisin are the best!) Brownies, chips muffins! What else are they missing!?(Ice cream during summertime) They got all the current great games, but you know they can't fit them all in one location so they have another store 1 block away for those other games and with they same freebies snacks. Man I love this place!!!“
“First time here, we were warmly greeted and offered complimentary tea/coffee and cookies. Sat down and within 10 minutes, I had doubled my money! As far as I know, this location is open until 2am and perfect if you're on a date and not ready to go home, but want to go somewhere quiet and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and sit and chat. I had a very pleasant experience my first time here.“

“Iris makes Tracy's a lot of fun! Great personality and always has the place looking sharp. An incident happened a couple of weeks ago and I felt so sorry and scared for her. An employee from the resturant next door...My Cocina, became very agitated and got right in her face and was yelling at her. I actually got scared and thought the police were going to be called. He was out of control. Iris handled the situation and he left. But she should not be harassed by this employee. He continues to come in and it is very uncomfortable for those of us that go to your gaming lounge.“
“Mike is hands down the best front desk staff I’ve met at any slot place 🎰 Super friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood. I’ve been here plenty of times and he’s always consistent.
Funny thing is, no matter how well he knows me, he still checks my ID every single time 😂 He said it’s because of the cameras — respect for staying professional.

“The General Manager in Hoffman Estates Panera is one of the best I have ever seen. His name is Brian. He is constantly on the go, working the register, making drinks, cleaning tables, helping people as needed. Very approachable. We frequent this store regularly. Kudos Brian!“

“The food is absolutely delicious. All fresh ingredients make for an amazing taste sensation. The gallery offers unique types of merchandise (many are perfect for gift-giving). It is a small place, and not easily spotted from the street. It is located just one block West of the intersection of Plum Grove Road & Euclid Avenue, ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EUCLID AVE & BROCKWAY STREET IN PALATINE. The owners/staff are very friendly,, accommodating, and provide excellent service. I can't say enough good things about this place, and want to give it a big shout-out because it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. You must check it out!!..... not only because it's a great little place, but because we should all do our part in supporting our local small restaurants & businesses. *I suggest trying the macarons for dessert“
