“My daughter loves this place. I’m trying out the membership however I’m a busy working mom and the hours are not that convenient. Closing at 5pm on a daily basis gives my daughter 0 minutes to maybe an hours at most once a week to play. I wish they were open later til maybe 7 or 8pm would help. I’ll be cancelling our membership“

“Man! The place is always clean, free snacks like pizza, chicken tenders, and the best gummy bears I've ever had! They got all types of soda, water, beer, wine, orange & pineapple juice. What else are they missing!?(Ice cream during summertime) They got all the current great games, but you know they can't fit them all in one location so they have another store 1 block away for those other games and with they same freebies snacks. “Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. “

“First time here, we were warmly greeted and offered complimentary tea/coffee and cookies. Sat down and within 10 minutes, I had doubled my money! As far as I know, this location is open until 2am and perfect if you're on a date and not ready to go home, but want to go somewhere quiet and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and sit and chat. I had a very pleasant experience my first time here.“

“Iris makes Tracy's a lot of fun! Great personality and always has the place looking sharp. An incident happened a couple of weeks ago and I felt so sorry and scared for her. An employee from the resturant next door...My Cocina, became very agitated and got right in her face and was yelling at her. I actually got scared and thought the police were going to be called. He was out of control. Iris handled the situation and he left. But she should not be harassed by this employee. He continues to come in and it is very uncomfortable for those of us that go to your gaming lounge.“

“I didn't get any food so I gave it a three to make it average. As far as the service went the lady with the cane, even though it look like she was struggling she served us all and always asked us if we wanted a drink or some snacks or anything. The atmosphere... everyone was having a good time and the machines were hitting so everybody was having a ball!.... except for the one guy on the end. “This restaurant is in the Woodfield Mall but you can enter from a door outside from the parking lot also. We had to wait a little to be seated although the restaurant was not very crowded. Our waitress was nice. Kind've reserved but pleasant enough. We had the Carne Asada which I ordered medium. It was very good. The beans and rice though we just okay. My friend ordered the Cozumel Shrimp Taco that he enjoyed. After we received our meals, we were asked if we wanted tortillas which, I had assumed, would just come with the meal so wasn't sure why they asked. Overall the restaurant is fine and we would return.“

“Located in a high end shopping center near LL Bean and Ruth’s Chris. We stopped for lunch on a Thursday. We ordered at the counter and our food was ready just as we sat down with our filled drinks. I had the chicken strawberry poppyseed salad while my husband had the new chicken Caesar salad, both of us with a baguette piece on the side. The only criticism we had is that our chicken slices were still frozen together in chunks. It was still soft and fine to chew, but surprisingly cold, especially in the first encounter! That’s a minor thing, though, and I would be fine with stopping here again.“

“Went there for the 1st time last Saturday. The service and the food were both excellent. Amber was on top of everything and was very knowledgable about the menu items. Husband had a ‘skillet’ breakfast and I had the granola/berry French toast. We left very little food and we didn’t need much to eat afterwards. The food was filling and kept us going until late afternoon. I recommend this restaurant and will be back! Highland Village Texas location“
