“The people that have waited on us had way better attitude than the one closest to our houses. There was plenty of meat & the vegetables looked way better though it is hard to tell with vegetables until you cut into them. That was the problem at the one closest to us very little meat, no bread, or the vegetables were terrible.“

“Penn station has become my favorite spot for a quick lunch. Every sandwich and wrap I have ordered has been delicious. Fries, cookies and lemonade are good too. The staff is always friendly and professional and they work fast. Online ordering is easy as well. And signing up for the Penn station rewards program is totally worth it.

“I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“

“Everything but the service was great. When paying $14 dollars for a footlong you want there to be enough stuff on it. When I noticed they didn’t put much of any vegetables on my sandwich, I politely asked for a little more of everything. I was met with rude remarks and that there is a limit on how much they can put on a sandwich depending on the size. I understand that totally that’s their job. However, they did not put even close to that limit on my sandwich. For example they said they could put 8 olives per 6 inches. There were only 6 olives on my foot long. Same with the rest. By the end of it, I ended up getting yelled at by two girls, and talked to condescendingly by the manager. I was calm the whole time, kind of wondering why it’s such a big deal to ask for more stuff that I’m paying for. Gosh do I miss $5 foot longs.“

“It's been awhile since I've been in this subway it looks like they had gotten a nice remodel. I noticed that it was very clean and the veggies were neatly stocked and fresh. The young man working provided great customer service. Sandwichs were good and tasted very fresh.“

“So I come in place is clean smells amazing and everything looks fantastic, I only gave service a 3 star because staff either doesn't understand the menu they provide or they don't understand the customer. I asked hey do you guys serve whole chicken breast or is it the sliced chicken and she answered my question in a way that left me with more questions. She was cute but man was she a little slow. Guess fast food suits her then? Then I was still going through my order and they had me check out middle of making the sub, not sure if that's policy but definitely felt rushed.“

“I stopped going here years ago and went to Bellevue's Subway just because of there customer service and management. Now I don't even need to because the manager at that store took over Bartonville. Needless to say some of the old employees are there, but I can see the change happening and it's wonderful for our community. I have high hopes for our Subway under Emilees guidance. The service was great, sandwich was delicious and it was nice seeing everyone happy and interacting with their customers. Thanks Subway for finally getting someone in this store who cares about there job and community!“
