“I went to get Panera this morning. I had terrible allergies and I just wanted to get some soup and a sandwich with my boyfriend. I went through the drive through and Chanel took care of me wonderfully. I never had great customer service. The customer service was fast. Chanel was so sweet and nice to me. I felt acknowledged and seen. Employees like Chanel deserve recognition!!! To wake up and treat people like they matter is wonderful. I will be coming back to this location. ?“
