“Service was fast and the lady at the drive thru was very friendly. The food was definitely up to KFC standards. My husband tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and said it may put all others to shame. He highly recommends giving it a try if you haven't.“

“I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Not over breaded and cooked to the outer crisp/ inner tender that made chewing a pleasure. The other specials were $5 steak tacos (also very good), and $12
chimichanga. My son got one of those and it looked great. Their side salads are always good. I particularly appreciate the finely chopped tomato bits. The waitress forgot us for an extended bit, so not perfect service, but she was pleasant and was attentive going forward when she realized we hadn't gotten our food.“

“Incredible wings. The boneless wings were HUGE—basically chicken strips—and absolutely dripping with sauce. The honey BBQ was flavorful and juicy, and the garlic parmesan was just as good. The onion rings though… chef’s kiss. Crispy, golden, perfection.
Presentation was on point, service was excellent, and overall it’s a 10/10. Definitely coming back!“

“Was at Edwardsville location on 3/5 for lunch. Don’t know the server’s name but she was terrific. Very genuinely friendly, not the fake kind a lot of servers portray. Food was fantastic and will make you want to return. The only complaint was the music, wasn’t the preferred old rock that was playing when first arrived.“

“1-23-2025 @ 4:55 pm the employee with the tan beanie on actually read each line on the receipt and checked to make sure everything was there. I didn't have to ask her for the extra sauce cup that is stored separately from the hot food order!!
The only down side was the sauce cups seemed low. I would rather pay extra and have them filled at least 3/4 full. For now I'll just buy EXTRA EXTRA cups 😆“

We first ordered months ago and have a few time since including today. An my food is always fresh hot and delicious! One of the best pizza huts in the metro area.“

“Good place to eat, order occasionally. It’s frustrating they refuse to deliver to Hartford yet the deliver to south roxana. Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. Especially when Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and I have to get out every time I want some. I don’t have a car at the moment to just get up and go.“
