I wanted to order a sandwich but noticed the sandwich assembly station from the register and noticed the kitchen staff wearing no gloved making sandwiches. I would fix this just to instill a better idea of cleanliness.
My first time coming the staff were extremely rude and rushed us to order with an empty restaurant. This time was slightly better.“

Not a huge detail, just a little scattered and not real busy. Place is tiny and parking lot is right, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Layout is weird and hard for people to que up and order.“

“Some people are just genuinely impatient with the fact that food takes time. And some people do not realize that “freaky fast” is not their slogan anymore, but hey reading comprehension isn’t everyone’s strong suit.
Everytime I step foot in this Jimmy johns, it’s incredibly welcoming. Especially Devyon, Brian, Thomas T, and Alison. I mean, seriously!! I’ve NEVER had any fast food worker go above and beyond for me, and they do every single time without a complaint or anything less than a smile! Everyone is ALWAYS smiling, the food is always wonderful, correct and fresh, I’ve not had an issue one. You can tell the people here enjoy their job. To whoever reads these reviews, you have amazing workers!!!

It was falling apart, the sauce was leaking out of the wrapper, the tortilla was saturated, the meat & veggies feel out every where! “Based on my experience, the Panera staff in Edwardsville always delivers exceptional service and high quality food and drinks within a clean and safe setting. I’ve observed it can be a challenge to maintain responsive and high quality service, within a clean environment given changing customer demands, their nuanced food preferences, unwillingness to cleanup after themselves, and customers just having a bad day, along with normal staffing and supply change challenges. That’s normal for the fast-paced, casual dining business But I’ve always observed the Panera team here consistently demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect for all, the customer and their staff, while still maintaining healthy boundaries for those rare difficult situations.
