“This place is a sleeper that makes a great garlic chicken salad sandwich on a dutch crunch bread.

A dutch crunch bread, when baked, has a pillowy inside but the exterior is a crispy crackled crust that looks similar to the bark og a tree/log. And the crunch is second to none!!! This should be used on all sandwiches!!!

The creamy garlic chicken salad has chunks of premium white meat with a hint of garlic, followed by heat from the giardeneria. All this is wrapped up with liberal amounts of cooling shredded lettuce. And the sub sandwich was huge and price point was fairly low at under $13 for this size. Definitely going to come back and try other ones in the future.

The space is small and dark, a bit cramped and many students tend to be socializing or studying. And that makes sense since these prices are relatively less than other similar delis.“

Everywhere else I get a gyros plate it has enough meat for 2 or 3 sandwiches.the subs seemed to be lacking meat as well. Again first time getting it there and was just surprised.“

Drinks and service were good but nothing too crazy, and the atmosphere was really cozy and a great place to study or chat with a friend. I will definitely be sitting in the courtyard when it is warmer out because the buildings are all incredibly beautiful.“

Please consider that customers should not be allowed to enter the store during standard lunch time and place an order for ten sandwiches. Large and/or catered orders should be forced to order ahead or on an app. The customer that was allowed to order ten sandwiches backed up the store line. He caused an additional twenty minute wait. Three people either walked in the store and immediately walked out or they were in line and left without ordering.“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “I had a gyro melt on rye and I’ll definitely get it again. The only thing is one of the fries was rotten, so they need to do a better job of eyeballing them before they drop them in the grease.
