“After a 14 hour day I’m looking to grab a quick bite and hit the sheets before I get up and do it again. Head to Culver’s and the drive thru is wrapped around the parking lot. Reluctantly, I decide to stay. After waiting about 2 minutes, a young man walks up and I roll down my window. He explains he would like to take my order to speed the process. This guy has the BEST attitude and demeanor,takes my order and in about 6-7 minutes I’m on my way. Culver’s knocked others out of the park with this service and their people are SO well trained and customer focused. Great job!“

“If taco bell tacos were a 10, Taco John's tacos would be a 6. However the big draw are their potato oles. Which blows any taco bell item out of the water! I also feel like this place should've been called "Taco Juans". Just sayin.“

“Food was good unfortunately the price gave me buyers remorse, I know the Biden economy has prices high on everything, but need an economy menu or a 5 dollar combo like Wendy's, McDonalds and BK. Maybe reg roast beef small fries small drink for 5 bucks, slow sales means high waste pump some life into your company like the others have that's why there drive thru is wrapped around the building and yours isn't.“

“This store is 10 times better than the one in kankakee. Kankakee store most of the time I order chicken melts or chulpa the chicken is dried out so bad you can't chew it. Most of the time, you buy cup nacho cheese. your lucky if you get a tablespoon full. Won't go to the kankakee store anymore. They owed me a chicken chulpa c2 chicken melts. When I went to collect them, they said its been over a month, and the lady no longer worked there.The lady I was with order and guess what she got a salad and the some of the chicken was dried out.“

“They let me change my order at the window from ice cream sandwich to fully bar. Due to my roommate getting sick and flushing teeth in toilet in accident. Realized he would not be able to chew his favorite treat. They were very sweet about the whole thing. That's good service!“

“We had not been to a Wendy's in a long time so we decided to stop here. Hubby ordered the single and fries & I ordered the Cobb salad. I asked about types of dressings, only to find out they had only three to choose from. Caesar, Ranch, & a Vinaigrette. I was hoping for A French, or Honey mustard or Blue cheese for the salad. Decided on Ranch. His burger was hot & fresh & so were his fries. My salad was beautiful as well as delicious. The dressing came on the side, as well as the crispy onions for the salad. But someone needs to cheer up the people working the drive thru window. But other than that, we will return!“
