“Absolutely loved everything about Nicky's! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The restaurant was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The food was outstanding, and the hot dog was easily one of the best I've ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. Between the delicious food, exceptional cleanliness, and fantastic customer service, Nicky's is a true hidden gem that shouldn't be overlooked. “I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!“

“Tried this wonderful place for the first time today. The Italian beef is made in small batches in house and has that unique “made by grandma” flavor and savory character. The bread is @Turano so you can’t go wrong. The nice people at the counter are extra caring and friendly. Fries are crinkle and crispy.“

“Stopped by for a quick lunch after grocery shopping. My friend ordered the Saturday special—the Super Burger, a massive ½‑lb burger served with fries. I wasn’t as hungry, so I went with the patty melt instead.
The Super Burger lived up to its name and was topped with grilled onions and mozzarella cheese. My patty melt was spot on: crispy bread and a perfect burger‑to‑grilled‑onions ratio. I also grabbed a large fountain drink, and refills were $1.
The interior has been recently updated, and they’re clearly making good use of the space, including a half‑booth facing the window. The booths were comfortable, making it an easy place to sit and enjoy lunch.“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“Well originally I was craving for Portillos but since this whole week I've been working at Midway I kept seeing this hole and below local restaurant.. This is my first time trying Nikki's and I was actually suprised at the Italian beef. It was not bland compared to Al's Beef or Portillo's but at the same time it was not too salty. I like that they use steak fries. Very chunky. As for the choice of a drink for the meal for $12.99 they had horchatas as well as Jamaican juice and mango or the regular soda fountain drinks. I would have given them four stars for my experience but after seeing that they don't have a bathroom to wash your hands. Service was ok. Ambience was like a hole in the wall or very local which is good. I would come back but next time would like to try their burgers or their barbecue rib tips. I do recommend for such food“

My partner and I have ordered breakfast here via UberEats three times now, and it has been a perfect 10/10 every single time. Last weekend, we decided to try their lunch menu for the family. For four cheeseburger combos, two milkshakes, and an order of onion rings, the price was incredibly reasonable. Everyone loved their meals!
Beyond the great food, the customer service was excellent—the staff was warm, welcoming, and remarkably quick.
My partner also tried a gyro here during his lunch break recently and gave it another 10/10.

“Just walking in, it smelled amazing. We ordered the rib tip dinner with frys and a salad. At first sight, the food looked amazing, then you take a bite and the flavors were amazing. The meat was just melting in your mouth, the sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and it was just delicious. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. The only downside is I don't live in Chicago, so I won't have it again for a while. So if you are in Chicago this is a hidden gem.“
