“My son and I ordered a to-go order at the front counter on 10/29/2024. When we got to the car and checked our, they had forgotten his side of steak bites. I checked the receipt and it didn't seem like I was charged for it. I went back in and it was a different girl at the counter. I asked her to look at my receipt and make sure I wasn't charged for the steak bites. I was not, so I placed and paid for an order. However, here is where the really cool part comes in. The girl who took my original order came over to apologize. I said "That is fine you probably just didn't hear us order it" and she said "No I remember you saying it I just made a mistake and didn't put it in the computer". WOW!!! She didn't have to come and apologize to me at all. She didn't have to admit her mistake and she could have just said "ya, I didn't hear it" and all would have been fine. BUT, this young lady took responsibility for her mistake and owned up to it and I was impressed. Much respect to her and the others at the restaurant. Also - the food was good!“

“Love love love. I come sometimes just for a big cup of the avocado salsa to go! Front counter girl is always friendly, as are the cooks, the food has never disappointed and tonight I came in after leaving a terrible experience down the street at Cielto, I’ll never stray again from my fav spot!“

“First time eating here. Found out they had gluten free options. I ordered the lemon shrimp scampi with gluten free noodles. Everything about this dish was over the top. Noodles were cooked perfectly, you could see the parmasan cheese and fresh herbs in sauce. Shrimp not overcooked. I devoured it.
I will so much be back.“

“DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND THEY CHARGE AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR ITEMS YOU DIDN'T NOT ODER. MANAGERS ARE RUDE!! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. LOST 25$ AND GOT NO FOOD. WAY BETTER PLACES WITH BETTER SERVICE!!“

“I came in last week 10/4/25 at 1:48pm with my girlfriend and Desi & Kimberly helped me and their customer service was amazing! Desi made my sandwich soooooo good and she had a bubbly personality great for food service! Kimberly helped me at the register and she explained the rewards program to me which was helpful! I tried to tell the Hispanic woman manager on shift about my wonderful experience but she seemed to ignore me as if she didn’t want to hear about her wonderful staff and had a stale demeanor but I ensured she received the great compliment because without employees there is no successful company. Desi and Kimberly made my experience wonderful! Management should be a little more friendly.“

“I’m honestly surprised by Lorraine’s awful review because my experiences here have been nothing but great! The team has always been friendly, quick, and attentive day and especially night. My orders are always fire and exactly what I ask for. Mistakes happen anywhere, but this crew consistently goes out of their way to make things right and keep customers happy. It’s clear they work hard and care about their service. Don’t listen to grumpy customers who have their undies in a twist.“

“Panera Bread is a great spot for fresh, flavorful meals. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup and sandwiches are always delicious, and the bakery items are a treat! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Quick service makes it perfect for dining in. The dining area was also kept very clean and had great seasonal decorations up!“
