“I've never really cared for this place, but it's obvious many people enjoy their food. It's a very busy fast food joint, but they appear to handle the crowd quickly and easily. The line inside was short, and they had many cashiers available.
The chicken salad was good, but the dressing choices were limited and rather bland. My wife had chicken strips.
Parking was limited, which pushes patrons to use the very busy drive through.“

“Omg, 1st time here and it was great! Got the chicken roll, corn and coleslaw. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Corn was warm and also had a nice flavor to it, not bland like you get at some places The coleslaw was delicious and even the BBQ sauce had a little sweet tang to it. I work downtown and I will DEFINITELY come back here. Many times. Awesome!“

“I got the tenders, fries and slaw - everything was delicious.

Things to improve on:
1. the vents on the take out boxes were not fully popped on my box so it made the tender breading less crispy.

2. The little box of sauce is small that comes with each tender box. Either fill the sauce box to the brim or give people another box of sauce. Mine only lasted for a couple dips.

3. This place could be elite if it switched to beef tallow. Seed oil police like me would appreciate it.“

“Amazing jerk chicken and rice !!! My go-to is the succulent buttery tasting cat fish, steak cut, not fried hard. They never disappoint. But on this day, I also tried the jerk chicken tips and dirty rice, WOW! my food budget has just increased ! A black owned establishment with excellent customer service is a rare gem.
You can even dine in, I have, This place gives good vibes. A community based establishment is worth checking out. Oh!! and the greens and baked mac and cheese are home made delicious.“

“Harold’s is always the first place i go when i land in the Chi. This past week was no different. My best friend picked me up from the airport and already knew what it was, lol. This particular Harold’s was recommended. I stopped in around 8:30 or so and i gave my spill abt how it’s a tradition each time i come Chicago, Harold’s it’s always the first stop. The lady at the register took my order and asked where i was visiting from. I got wings and a pizza puff with mild and hot sauce, salt/pepper, and ketchup. She recommended i add Lemon Pepper, i obliged. After abt 10 minutes, i got my fresh food with a free bottle of mild sauce. Once i made it to the crib the food was gone in abt 7 mins. Food and customer service 10 out of 10 would highly recommend… I’ll definitely be back.“

“I finally came to the Chick-fil-A I really wanted to visit. They say it's the hottest franchise restaurant in America, and there were quite a lot of people there even though it was late.
I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and asked for all the sauces. The drink is the real Dr. Pepper.
It looked very neat, and I really liked how it came in a box. I took a bite and wow it was good. The chicken patty was appetizing. It was good too. As for the sauce, the basic Chick-fil-A sauce was the most delicious. The French fries were unique because they were shaped like honeycombs, but the taste was ordinary. But if you eat it with sauce, it becomes special.
I should have gone twice, but I was really disappointed that I could only go once. Next time I come to the United States, I will be the first person to visit.
And the drink cup leaked, so I asked for another cup, but they just gave me another drink. As expected, the carbonated insim was American.“

“We ordered all chicken after seeing an IG post of how delicious it was. I must say I liked it, My daughter loved it, and my niece said it was just ok! They said the lady who provided the customer service was really nice to them (they're teenagers). They spent their own money so of course they said it was a bit pricey. Definitely will go back and order my sauce on the side (they did not scimp out on the mild sauce.) Sorry I haven't patronized this neighborhood establishment sooner! I went back recently and grabbed a shrimp dinner and it was pretty good!“
