New Ing's Palace Reviews
It used to be good but there quality and offerings have dropped. The egg rolls were the best around but even those aren't the same anymore. Very overrated. Where is the duck, Cantonese fried shrimp etc. 😢
I do not recommend eating there. We just got the food delivered to our workplace, and there was a live cockroach in our bag of food.
Horrible food. Over priced and gross. Do not recommend. No flavor and what I ordered was definitely not what it was supposed to be. 🤮

New Ing's Palace is a highly praised restaurant known for its authentic Asian cuisine and generous portions. Customers consistently highlight the flavorful food, including dishes like General Tso's chicken, beef and broccoli, and Ings Palace lo mein. The food is described as perfectly cooked, with rich flavors that stand out compared to other Chinese restaurants. Many reviews mention the large portions, which can be enough for dinner, a late-night snack, and leftovers for the next day.
The seafood and sushi are particularly popular, with some noting that the fried rice has plenty of shrimp in every bite. The restaurant offers regional Chinese and Thai dishes prepared spot on, and the atmosphere is described as modern, bright, and clean. Despite a few mentions of chewy chicken with breading, overall, dishes like sushi and fried rice receive high praise for their quality.

Customers appreciate the welcoming environment, with some mentioning special occasions like birthdays and Ash Wednesday visits. The staff goes above and beyond, ensuring a cozy experience with complimentary items like cucumber salads, rice, and drinks.
