We aren't local to the area, we are visiting for a week but had Imos Pizza at a different location and were hip to the St. Louis Style pizza! But ultimately, Exceptional Service! “Some of the best pizza around. I would describe it as more of a New York style pizza with delicious crispy crust. Pizza Head is a trendy spot with amazing, kind and helpful staff. Keep in mind that this location is a walk-up, to-go window with outdoor seating. The pizza is vegan with vegan cheese options. The food is absolutely delicious. The cheese is creamier than lactose cheese. Explore some new flavors and options. Enjoy the fast, fresh, and LARGE delicious pizza. Try the beverages, enjoy some of the best pizza that you can find.“

“I went to Pizzeoli last night with a group of friends and had an amazing dining experience. We started off with the Deep Fried Chanterelles and Chili-kissed Garlic Knots - the chantrellles were delicious and came with a chili ranch sauce that I would love bottled for home use. The garlic knots were a cut above your normal pizza place fare - melted in my mouth and garlic to butter proportions were perfectly balanced. It should be noted that their drink menu is extensive (along with their pizza menu - so many great options!). I chose the Athletic Cerveza - a great Non-alcoholic beer that ranks as a personal fav. I also like that Pizzeoli had multiple NA options as a non-drinker. On to the main course - my group chose the Andy (a current special with white sauce and mushrooms), the Lumberjack Snack (pep and bacon on red sauce) and the Meatball pizza (as recommended per their chef - meatballs on white sauce!). All three were delicious and cooked to perfection - the right amount of bubbles in the perfectly thin curst. I kept trying to choose a favorite and couldn't decide - would personally recommend a white sauce pizza but the red was also awesome! The grand finale was a banana split dessert pizza and ice cream sandwiches. A hot dessert pizza with the perfect cool toppings, I'd stop in just for an after meal treat some time. The ice cream sandwiches were delectable and fun to share with the table too. The atmosphere of Pizzeoli transported me to a simpler time when going to a neighborhood pizza place meant a friendly staff, unique decorations (check out the light shades over the tables!) and quality craftsmanship. A new favorite - highly recommend!“

“Best Bread I have ever had, and I have been chasing down good bread for 50 years. I have had six different breads, all great. But the trading pane and the sesame are my favorites. Splurge for the tempered butter, it is worth it. Fantastic salads and soups, too. And the smoked beets are to die for!! Worth it to go just for that.“

My pickle marg was delicious, but omg the Meatless Bat pizza was AMAZING. Even my son's cheese slices were delicious. We live over an hour away, but will definitely be back!“

“I have been wanting to get here for several years, and we finally made it, tonight, to Anthonino's Taverna, a short distance from Rob's place. (Fun fact, this place has been spotlighted twice on Guy Fieri's Food Channel Show. I can now see why. 🥰) Well, I wish I had made it here sooner. She gave us enough time to settle in so we could make our choices. Rob had a Kona Wave draft, and I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Bailee brought us bread made, and baked on The Hill with great quality olive oil, and herbs for dipping. Rob ordered the lasagna, and I opted for the Tutti de Mare with seafood, garlic, butter, and olive oil. My dinner was delicious, and made with freshly made pasta, and a perfect mix of perfectly cooked wild caught seafood of mussels,shrimp, clams, and squid. Rob's lasagna also featured freshly made pasta sheets, Anthonino's red sauce, sausage, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese. I tasted it, and it's your pick here if you love lasagna. Homemade taste that brought me back to my grandmother's and my mother's tables. 🥰❤️ I also felt welcomed, and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. I can’t imagine this will last for long, because the service is fabulous, and the food is delicious! We have really enjoyed the other restaurants by these guys- and Press does not disappoint! I loved the Lavender cocktail, Husb enjoyed the sweet take on the old fashioned. I also had the beet salad to start- but ate it too fast to get a photo! “I have curiously wanted to try the Pointesaurus 28” pizza for a couple of decades. Its a novelty, but it completely delivered. I came here for good pizza and a great experience. The crew: Jarrod/Jared, Dan, and a third man I did not catch the name of were very helpful and sweet to me and my family. They took their time, and indulged our questions. My young kids were flabbergasted at the size and the competition aspect of people eating it. The staff went above and beyond, even finding Pointer’s Pizza balloons, tiny blue dinosaurs for them, and searching to find the right size t-shirt for me to take back home as a souvenir.

If you read negative reviews, remember, those people may be searching the country for ⭐️ ⭐️ and ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Michelin restaurants. The food was great, the staff were excellent. I only took a star away for atmosphere, to let people know I not a doe-eyed moron, the place only has 3 high tops with a couple chairs each, so it doesn’t fit dine-in, save for small parties like us. Again, great fresh pizza.“

The highlight is the atmosphere and the great live jazz music. Definitely a community spot with lots of regulars.“
