Waited in the drive thru tonight forever for two vanilla milkshakes. The server came to the window and said they were out of lids for their milkshakes so they would make it and put it in a regular cup. This would have been fine but they gave us large cups that 1/4 full with what was basically solid ice cream. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location but from now on we will drive a little further to Culver’s for much better quality and service.
We went in for lunch today. For starters it was filthy in there. The counter where the sodas are to be dispensed was not stocked and there was soda spills everywhere. The ketchup dispenser had no cups. There were no lids available for the soda cups either. None of the tables were clean so I used a wet wipe I had to clean ours. I didn't know you could cut hamburger that thin and keep it together into a patty! I ordered a double cheeseburger. Each patty was about the thickness of cardboard. The 2 patties together still wasn't the size of most single patties. And that cost $7.50, no sides or drinks. I can't believe that people still go there and support that kind of business.
