“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

The food? Totally hits the spot. Their smoked meats and sandwiches are next-level, and the sides arent just filler everything is fresh and full of flavor. The appetizers are great for sharing (bacon-fat popcorn is a must-try), and the entrees come in generous portions thatll actually fill you up.

“Tried Bann Thai for the first time today and if I lived closer (I'm in St. Charles, MO) I'd probably be there weekly! From the Crispy Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls to the Pad Thai and the Three Musketeers, my girlfriend and I spent a good hour just saying, "Oooh this is SO good!" Our waiter was super friendly and helpful--easily the best service I've had anywhere since the pandemic. 5 stars, 10/10, etc.! Like they say in the movies, "We'll be back!"“

I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! I asked the waiter (Peter) if anything came with the sandwich and he said no but when you see the size of this sandwich you won't want anything else instead of trying to upsell a side or an appetizer. I really appreciated the honesty. Well, take a look at the pic, I was starving but could only finish 2/3. The bread was soft and crunchy. The meatballs were fantastic. The cheeze was ooey and gooey. The sauce on the sandwich was just enough to flavor the sandwich without making a runny mess. There was a side dish of just sauce perfect for dipping. I give the total experience 12 out of 10 stars. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. “I’ve been here before and in the past the service wasn’t the best — I often felt like I was being met with an attitude and even charged extra for sweet and sour sauce when ordering multiple boxes of rice.

This time was a completely different experience. The rice was delicious, the service was great, and the lady who helped me was kind, polite, and even gave me extra sauce without hesitation. I ordered shrimp fried rice and it was excellent.
