“The food was really good!! Our server Tracy cracked me up!! She was not only a great waitress she was so personable and funny and on it with her quick service of drink refills. I would definitely come back and request her! She recommended the wings with the dry rub and they were sooo delicious!! Nachos were good too!!“

“We got the special "217 Burger Week" pb&j burgers for dinner last night. We agreed that these were some of the MOST DELICIOUS burgers we'd ever eaten!!! Just amazing. We are really hoping you continue to serve these even after burger-week has come and gone. Highly recommend to anyone!“

“My kids and I stopped in here Tuesday after my son’s diabetic appointment. There was no carb information so I asked the waitress if there was any chance I could get that since my son is Type 1 diabetic. Without hesitation, she went back and spoke with the cook and manager. We had the carb information we needed and had 0 issues ordering. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. The manager even came and went over the carb information with us. Thank you for helping ease this mommas mind. Something as simple as ordering a meal can be tricky for a child with type 1. And you didn’t snub us or treat us any differntly. Sadly, that does tend to happen a lot when asking that simple of a question. Our food was amazing and so was the service. We will most definitely be back!“

Employees are amazing and have a very amazing trainer and boss. Ive been to multiple steak and shakes before and NOTHING and NOWHERE tops the springfield Wabash location!!! The food was all-American satisfying. I had the #8 Butter Burger and fries. The sauté onion were a delicious addition. The fries are fried in beef tallow, so a healthier choice. Highly recommend!“

“Not much I can say that folk don’t know about the most popular fast food restaurant in the world. Locally, they employ a lot of teens and it’s typically their first job. Remember this when you want to complain. They’re largely doing their best. The food… it’s McDonald’s so again you all know what it is.“
