Visiting many small sub shops to big chain shops, then I was hooked on Jimmy John's for a while till I heard people brag about Jersey Mike's and saw commercials on social media so decides to stop in at my Local Jersey Mike's, the smell was awesome, people were friendly and place was clean, got the original italin with everything on it and man you can see the freshness and quality of the products, my first bite was truly amazing and brought me back to a time back in the late 80's to this small mom and pop sub shop by my house. “Came here late one night after being out with some friends. I was told this is all part of the Rockford experience and it did not disappoint. There were a lot of cars waiting for their food when we got there, but the wait was not very long. I ordered chicken nuggets, a gyro sandwich, jalapeño poppers and some fries which I shared with my sister and one other girl - those didn't last. Portions are good, I actually tried to save the second half of my gyro sandwich but one of the guys found it and finished it! Anyway, this is probably one of the better places I've been to in Rockford.“

“I visited this location and had an awesome visit. There was a younger gentleman maybe mid 20s I believe he said his name was keyon not sure how to spell it. But he had awesome customer service. He was very polite and friendly, made us laugh a few times while ordering and waiting for our food and even asked us if we needed anything else after bringing our food out to us instead of calling our names like the other locations do. “I had a nice first experience for a lunch wings combo. it was all I hiped for, and I thought their little shop was nice. Went back the next week to get a tray of 25 wings for family. We like nice crispy, sauceless wings, and Da Catch does a nice job with those. They do full wings (tip/flat/drumette) instead of cut up. However in my tray of 25, 7 were just a tip and flat with very little meat. Probably as much a supplier issue as anything, but was nonetheless disappointing.“

“Saturday 6/11 we ordered $96 worth of food at the East State location. Went to pick it up and the owner asked what we needed. We stated we order food and gave her our name. She was lscrambling and said she doesn’t have an order for us. We ordered it online and she found it. She gave us 3 bags. We wanted to open them to make sure everything was there. She said “ I personally bagged the order, it’s all there,” in a sarcastic tone. Okay since she’s the owner we took her word for it. Got home and we’re missing 4 items. Called her to credit the debit card and she said she couldn’t but can give us a gift card for the amount. Food was hot, quality was pretty good. But honestly I won’t ever go back.
