“I love when you get great customer service! I placed a last minute online catering order for for two boxes of sandwiches, chips and cookies and it gave me an estimated time of 12:00, but I really needed it earlier. I called the store and asked if I could pick it up 45 minutes sooner and they said yes. I walked in and 11:15 and they were just finishing up. Perfect! They even walked the order out to my car. I appreciate the friendliness and the great customer service.“

“I used to be a die hard subway dan, then I wanted a more homemade fresh tasting sub and I was off to find that shop. Visiting many small sub shops to big chain shops, then I was hooked on Jimmy John's for a while till I heard people brag about Jersey Mike's and saw commercials on social media so decides to stop in at my Local Jersey Mike's, the smell was awesome, people were friendly and place was clean, got the original italin with everything on it and man you can see the freshness and quality of the products, my first bite was truly amazing and brought me back to a time back in the late 80's to this small mom and pop sub shop by my house. I found my go to sub shop and I rate Jersey Mike's better than the sub shop currently in operation.“

“The team here was excellent. They communicated and executed a solid line of customers with accuracy and personal attention. The shift leader (Ms. Garcia) was confident and personal. Very impressed for a conjoined location. Many of the half/half stores seem to have a hard time doing it right. They got it here. Soda area was clean and well stocked. They also gave enough napkins, though I think this breaks a corporate subway rule of only 1 napkin per sandwich. :)“

“I started going to the subway about a month ago and I must say it has been the best experience I've gatton from any Subway restaurant. The manager was very nice and she even remembered my order I truly enjoy shopping at that restaurant.

“I work around the corner and was craving a sub sandwhich (I’m pregnant) and when I opened my a sandwhich I realize there’s no cheese. So I called the store and politely asked if I can just pick up a slice of cheese. The employee apologized for the mistake and offered to bring it to me. She came promptly and handed me a bag. They wrapped up a few slices of cheese and put a cookie inside. I only had enough money for a sub and chips so seeing the cookie really blessed me. It was one of those days and I just want you to know God saw you do that and will bless you abundantly for blessing me. So be expecting! Jesus loves you!“

“Went to the Subway on Charlesstreet and 20th stood there for 5 minutes no one said hello or offer to take my order 1 person was making sandwiches that others won't just stand in there wiping down a thing no 1 said anything so I walked out I guess they didn't feel like waiting on me ? So I went to the 1 on East State next to Wendy's food was superb got served right away and my $40 that I spent there was well worth it Under new management and take all coupons.“

The only thing I would he concerned about is time. I was the only one in there and it still took 10+ minutes to get my sandwich. Overall 8.5/10 . The wicked was fantastic.“

“This is one of my favorite Potbelly locations! The General manager treated us with such respect and kindness, her name tag said Keegan! I went with my grandparents that were struggling to order, she went to take our order at the table and had no problem explaining the menu to them, this was soo appreciated!
