We spent another anniversary with them (we live a few blocks away and dine and take out often, but still our go to for special occasions) This time, we were treated to a full dessert of Cannoli Dip to celebrate! “I go to this location quiet often, but I was extremely disappointed as well as angry with what I saw today at this location. (3/9/25 at 5:35pm) The 3 customers that were ahead of me placed their orders were first timers I found out. The young lady that was fixing their smoothies dropped a cup on the floor, picked the cup up from the floor then sat the cup to the side. As she finished one smoothie she pulled a fresh cup, then the 2nd smoothie she proceeded to pour it in the cup that she picked up off the floor. I told the young lady that took my order, so she then pulled the young to the side to tell her that I saw what she did then she looks at me and says "I'm Sorry" (I said to her): What do mean you are sorry, why would you do that, and why are you giving that to her, you need to remake that smoothie ...and guess what she did not. I'm just want to make people aware: Watch the people that prepare your sandwiches/smoothies or anything of that sort. It's not their stuff, they're not paying for it so they don't care. That was just the epitome of nasty and extremely unsanitary. She didn't have on a Tropical Cafe shirt, she had on a gray shirt, she may have been new, I'm not sure but we need to learn to do better when working with the public. “I was there September 12 Friday night for my birthday with my nieces. Our dinner was outstanding. The food was delicious. The service was great. We went two doors down and we had so much fun drinking and dancing and that service was great too. I will be going back for special occasions thank you for making my day special Tina 💜“

The menu is full of delicious food and the line moves quick.

The sitting areas are big, but wouldn’t recommend going with a big group. We had to wait until a table was cleared (6 of us total).

We all had similar choices for food:
Carne Asada
Cabbage or Lettuce & Tomato
The drinks were fresh.

The price was not too bad.

“I've gone to Vinces for over 20 years, and I can honestly say it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of the family. You are always greeted with a smiling face and the smells alone will keep you coming back for more. The pizza here is consistently incredible. Perfectly thin crust, just the right amount of sauce, and loaded with toppings that can fit any craving. With the number of years, I have been visiting, I have tried almost everything on the menu from their pizza to their pastas to their appetizers and I keep on going back. “Given they have an outdoor area, it really compensates for the small, crammed area indoors. This is more like a place you walk in, order, and leave. But because they have outdoor area, again, it compensates for the indoor area.
The food is almost as good as Fontanos Subs.

I did ask for mayo, and they added mayo.
That was a mistake on my part. It tasted like there was too much mayo.

As soon as you order a cold sandwich, it would be ready in about 2 minutes. This is much quicker than any fast food restaurants I have been to.
I would recommend this over any other fast food restaurants.
It is cheap as well. I believe I payed $12 for the sandwich itself. Only half of it I was able to eat and the other half, I had either finish it, throw it out, or save it for later and hope it doesn't spoil (I was not around a fridge at the time).

Giardia spicy, is really not spicy. It's more mild than spicy. You will feel the taste of it later in the day though.“
