I noticed this because when I was in the dining room, I overheard and I really like how clean and friendly they are there! The food is great and I just got the grilled chicken egg sandwich this morning, and it was perfect! Manager came out and I was able to get it in less than a minute! They have a great attitude, even for customers like us that are in a hurry, and they go above and beyond! I wish that this business continues to thrive! Will keep coming back!“

“I stopped by earlier because I saw a picture of Dr. Sebi on the window and it caught my attention because Dr. Sebi really inspired me to loose weight and eat alkaline things instead of all that junk food i use to eat and the moment i came in this place i felt a great vibe and it smell great i had a mushroom coffee and some alkiline water and it was delicious i will continue to go back and try other things they have a lot of alkaline things that are good for the body and the owner and the rest of the crew in there are so friendly.“

“My only complaint is I’m mad I just found out about this place. We ordered a sausage pizza, it’s right up there in my top 5 best pizza’s. It’s very well seasoned and they don’t skimp on the sausage. Delicious pizza, Friendly costumer service , and the price wasn’t bad at all. My husband loved it too and he’s very hard to please when it comes to pizza. We will definitely be becoming regular customers.“

“A lovely downtown sandwich shop. We got an Avocado BLT, Shrimp and Crab Roll, Turkey Club, and a Cubano. Everyone loved their sandwich and enjoyed the ice cream dessert too. Staff was very helpful and I loved the style of the restaurant. Our only critical comment was the turkey club could have used more bacon (which was delicious). We can't wait to come back!“

“This place came up on my facebook reels multiple times!! Living in NW IN found that it was an hour and a half to get there. Saturday my brother and I decided to take a road trip!! Well worth the drive. The food was fantastic. The server Anna was great. The manager Ken came by the table often to make sure everything was to our liking. Since Gina at My Grampas Store in LGP stopped making sandwiches, I’ve been searching for a go to place within my hometown/local stomping grounds and I’ve certainly found my place here at Swanson’s. Great selection of meats, cheeses, and fresh breads for a hearty filling sandwich. The salami on toasted wheat has been my go to. All the young adults working in there are super nice and very hardworking. The manager/owner is unbelievably nice as well. So often when we need something quick we end up having to resort to something greasy, it’s so nice now to have a healthier option to be able to quickly pop in and out for! Welcome to LaGrange and I hope everyone remembers to keep supporting your local small businesses-the new ones and the established ones!“

“Fresh coffee!! None of that nasty burnt rubber tasting stuff you get from other places.

Service was exceptional, the waitresses were prompt and I was seated with no wait time.

Pricing was fair, especially for the portion sizes. The Irish plate will have you eating like royalty and is reasonably priced.

The pancakes were fluffy and perfectly done.

One small but important piece of feedback: the bathrooms don’t have paper towels and have pull doors, so for those hygiene conscious of us, there’s no method to avoid touching the door handle. I would suggest either paper towels, a push door or one of those foot things to pull the door.“

“We stopped at Stix & Stones while taking our granddaughter to Chicago on a birthday experience trip. The wood-fired pizzas and salads that we had were delicious and came very quickly. We got ice cream there afterwards and thought that it was very good for the price. We liked Stix & Stones so much that we stopped in again on our way to Chicago the following Monday for our grandson's birthday experience. I can't say enough great things about Stix & Stones!!!!“
