I took my nephew to chat and eat today, we showed up 15 minutes to close, but Mary accommodated us and allowed us in for a late lunch. I ordered a patty melt with and blended tea. The food was delicious, I had the brisket grilled cheese and it was very flavorful. My husband had the Pit Plater with brisket and he said it was very delicious. I was amazed after opening it up of how much meat they gave me. Compared to Portillos and Buona, they give you way more. In terms of quantity, they beat them. The sweet bell peppers are huge and tasty. The bread was dipped and flavorful. The meat, while bountiful, could be more moist. In some parts it was kind of dry. The French fries were similar to the same kind that McDonald’s uses, except they tasted better. Just enough salt. Overall, I would give a 4 out of 5. It was a good lunch. “I tried charred mortadella and prosciutto and arugula pizza. Both are very tasty, I read that people do not like the crust but mine was perfectly made both times I tried the pizzas. The place itself is cute and casual which I like. However, the prosciutto and arugula pizza hardly had any prosciutto on it, looked like it had two slices scattered on the whole pizza, I expected a bit more. The other thing I would pay more attention to is for the plates to be a bit cleaner, they had residue on them. Overall, I would recommend the place.“
