We had the best evening.. Anthony and Dave and Sam were absolutely the best . What a wonderful dinner. The presentation was amazing. Plus they were friendly and helpful and put up with our shenanigans.

Let’s just say my experience at this place was less “fine dining” and more “fine whining.”
I eat out often—about 2-3 times a week in Chicago when I’m in town. So when it came time to treat my girlfriend to a nice dinner during restaurant week, I hyped this place up. We had a 9 pm reservation but decided to show up a little early, around 8:30 pm. No big deal, right? It’s all in the detail at Asador Bastian. Located in the iconic "Flair House" originally built in 1883, Asador Bastian brings inspiration from the great asadors of San Sebastián, Spain to the Gallery District of River North in Chicago. Highly recommend the Tortilla Espanola, the Caviar Churros, the Sole Amandine, and the Black Angus steak. Can't leave without the Golden Hazlenut Chocolate Cake for dessert. 10/10 experience.
