About Bandol Mediterranean Brasserie Raw Bar

Bandol Brasserie Raw Bar provides good food and service in downtown Chicago. The atmosphere is pleasant and stylish, with a nice ambiance. The menu features a popular lemon lavender French toast and exceptional avocado toast, with a perfectly done poached egg. Guests can enjoy dishes like shrimp scampi served with risotto rice, noted for its perfect flavor, and French Onion Soup, with cheese-covered toast soaked in soup. The sandwich is large enough for two people to share, and the garlic fries are crispy and flavorful, described as outstanding. Breakfast options, such as Mediterranean breakfast and Bandol breakfast, are of satisfactory quality. Service is generally good, with friendly and professional staff, and the restaurant's interior is clean and cozy. Guests can sit by the window when it's less busy. The rooftop menu starts at 3 PM, making it a good spot for coffee, lunch, or the rooftop bar. The restaurant is also a great spot for pre-theater or pre-concert dining, with excellent service from friendly staff. Highlights include the ESCARGOT and SALMON MEUNIÈRE, with Happy Hour from 4-6 featuring $2 oysters and specialty cocktails like French 75 and Kir Royale, enjoyed by many guests. The ambiance can be lively, but some note that the music can be loud at times; staff are willing to turn it down upon request. Overall, it is a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and impeccable service, making for a lovely dining experience.

The table we sat at was very small barely had room for our plates and cups and food was well prepared but under seasoned pricing wasn't bad.

Did not eat here, however the Margherita was on point. Food looked very appealing.

We went for restaurant week and found it to be a very good deal. I wished they gave some bread with the escargot but it was still delicious. Very happy we tried this restaurant out...thanks for participating in Chicago's restaurant week!
