Food was very good. I have known the owner/manager - Elaine for many years. She is very attentive and polite.
While the lunch pricing is on the higher side - at $15 per dosh the quality of the food was outstanding.
I am deducting one star because it took almost 30 minutes for the cooks to make a fried rice, and another 30 minutes for chow fun noodle. Those dishes should have come woth the rest of my dim sum and foods. Not after i finished my entire meal.
Not top but decent food

The sesame covered balls are highly recommended, though dishes like fried turnip cakes and mapo tofu without pork may not meet everyone's expectations. Visitors often share entrees family style, making it a great spot for large groups of 6 or more. The rice rolls are freshly steamed and delicious, sometimes with fried dough sticks wrapped inside. The taro cake has a refreshing texture and the perfect sweetness, while the hot congee is tasty and well-seasoned. Some dishes, like xiaolongbao, may not meet expectations if reheated, but the friendly staff and clean environment enhance the experience.
