“I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

“First time here from out of town and had the best bartender named Diamond!! Omg the side car that she made me was the best I ever had!!! Make sure you try the Fried alligator po boy, seafood gumbo, banana pecan cake with ice cream!!! And ask for Diamon!!! Definitely will be back and bringing my friends!“

“I love soule. The food is always amazing and the drinks are always great. My only suggestion is to be lower the music a bit because sometimes I can't hear my partner or whoever I'm with talking cause the music is a bit loud but other than that, I love it here. “

“I'm kicking myself for having slept on this place for too long. I've been coming in semi-regularly for the last few months for coffee, bagels, and sometimes donuts before my morning commute. Always delicious, staff is always friendly, and I enjoy the atmosphere. I recommend bringing your own mug if you're getting coffee to-go because they're actively trying to minimize waste. Love that this place is in my neighborhood.“

“I just walked out of the door and am so glad that God sent us there. We tried 3 places prior to walking in CheSa’s doors which was a definite blessing. We had the catfish skillet, bourbon peach cobbler franchise toast, chicken sausage and scrabbles eggs w/cheese washed down with a breakfast martini. Absolutely delicious and with the owner/chef being very warm w/great hospitality. We’re definitely going back.“

“It's in the hood but that just means it's worth the drive. We lived in Chicago for a few years and my MIL was the one who introduced us to this place. Stopped in after my son's dr appointment before heading back home an hour away. It was so worth it. The flavor and the amount alone is worth it. Spicy rice with the blackened chicken is my favvvv.“

“Update: It's s probably been 2 or so years since I've been in. Was in the neighborhood and had to stop in for nostalgia. Service is just as good as I remember and the food is still top notch! Shrimp Po boy and the wings tasted like I remember. Love the addition of the On Trend: Fire : It Slaps cocktail menu.

Excellent craft beer selection beyond just IPA's. Food has been consistently solid for the 7+ years I've been coming here.“

“YOOOO the gilty pig is insane! They have "popped up" at my farm a few times now, and each time I am amazed by the flavors and complexity they bring to "simple dishes". They take a brat and turn it into a full asian inspired meal. Now if the food wasnt enough, this truck could not be run by two better people. They deserve all of the awesome things that are coming their way. Keep killin it, guys!“

“The first time I tried CHAR CRUST I was given a sample packet of the Hickory flavor and tried it on a ribeye steak, hands down best steak I've ever eaten, the Char Crust complimented the steak and not over powered it. The next day I placed an order on Amazon, since then I have purchased the Chipotle flavor and seasoned a freshly graded hashbrown Omelette. I can't wait to try the rest of the seasonings from Char Crust. If you haven't tried it yet please order some today It's Goat Lipping. Thanks,Big Al“

“Fatso's Last Stand, always rated among the top 10 hot dogs stands in Chicago by various food critics, has its flagship restaurant at 2258 West Chicago Avenue in Ukrainian Village and a newer location, which is much more convenient to me, at 1982 North Clybourn, at Armitage, in Clybourn Commons, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Open from 11 to 8 daily for pickup or delivery, it is a neighborhood snack bar that advertises Chicago's best char-grilled hot dogs and other delicious comfort food items that keeps customers coming back for more and more, like chili dogs, char grilled or griddled smashed Fatso burgers, Cleo's home-made chili with onions, sour cream and cheddar cheese, Maxwell Street style Polish sausage with mustard and grilled onions, Fatso's jumbo fried shrimp, mac and cheese and milk shakes with such flavors as chocolate, banana, Oreo, strawberry, vanilla, mint chip and Reese's peanut butter. But have you tried theSuper Ooey Gooey, Fatso's latest two-fisted creation? It is two smash beef patties stuffed with applewood smoked bacon, Merkt's cheddar cheese and giardiniera topped with Fatso sauce, tomato, lettuce and onion. “This restaurant looks very similar to my favorite Boiling Crab. We got king crab legs, snow crab legs, lobster tail, and crawfish. They are all pretty fresh and flavory. Service is also good, they made a dessert as a birthday gift even though they don't have dessert on their menu. Only drawback is slow speed. We wait 15-20min for apetizer. With all of that, I don't understand why there are so few guests in a Friday evening.“

“A must visit!! The food was amazing. I had the fried pork with black beans and white rice. The tastiest white rice. Sister had stewed chicken with rice& beans, again delicious. Price was comparable to Portion size. Perfect meal. Looking forward to tasting the black rice next time.“
