“Just had my first time here yesterday and my first seafood boil. This place is a hidden gem! I have never had seafood so delicious! The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the waitress was knowledgeable. Food came out fast and was fresh. I throughly enjoyed my experience. They can fit a lot of people but it wasn't many folks there for a Friday evening. Hope this place sticks around for awhile and more folks hear about how good they are.“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“
“This place ROCKS! Great place to see live music! Very good sound here too! Excellent food! Exceptional great & friendly service!! I put wrong entry on reservation form, they solved the problem, and put a table in the location I thought I reserved. Our server, was super nice and very attentive!

“The staff was very friendly and professional and the atmosphere was a great vibe. Definitely one to let loose and relax with no judgement. I went on karaoke Saturday and had a blast. I do not live near by, but will be back when I’m in town and need to let my hair down. The owner Ms. Kesha came by and introduce herself and has a great personality, very open and inviting.“
“Hands down, THEE best oysters I’ve had in IL! Javel greeted me and is superb! Very friendly and well versed on the menu, gave me good recommendations. Chef KyJuan prepared my meal with a smile! Food is flavorful, fresh and nice sized portions. Bar area is clean, well lit and spacious. Good vibes at Shuck It! Highly recommend and will be back!“

“The bartender Bryan (handsome bald white man) was amazing ❤️ I had a great early dinner the music was good and the honey hot wings and buffalo chicken rolls were fresh and flavorful. Strawberry marg was so good I finished before the food came.“

“Was recommended this restaurant from a friend. The maple tree and did not disappoint. Made a reservation online easy. Their menu is awesome, simple and delicious. Crab cake was perfect! Our dinner was fantastic. We had trout and shrimp. They have the best banana pudding over crème brûlée. The coffee for an end cap was out of this world good!“
