“I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

“This restaurant served well over our expectations! We live north of Hyde Park but came here to visit the museum nearby and stopped here for lunch before. Everyone at the restaurant was extremely friendly. They were also really knowledgeable about what was in the food since I have a nut allergy, they assured me nothing was made with nuts except the dessert. We had the shrimp po boy, muffaletta, voodoo wings, and Cajun fries. The food was excellent! We will definitely be back!“

“BEST SEAFOOD BOIL IN THE CITY

and I mean it. I’ve tried more than my fair share of seafood boils in the Chicagoland area. I must say, there is always something that makes or breaks the meal. Whether it’s the vibe. The freshness and quality of the seafood. Or the biggest factor for me, the price.

Oh my Crab definitely blew all of my expectations out of the water. The seafood boil was fresh and flavorful. The hush puppies came with a very intriguing sauce, one that makes you want to come back the next day for more. Each of the servers were very nice, treat my friend and I with kindness.

Overall I would rate this a 10/10 seafood boils spot ! Definitely worth it if you’re looking to satisfy your boil cravings without breaking the bank!!“

“My friends and I celebrated my birthday at Soule. It wasn't anything short of amazing. Our server Tony was the very best. Attentive and offered great suggestions. Food came out hot and well seasoned. We even met the chef. The Playlist was a whole vibe. Oh and I can't the cocktails will get you right. We will definitely come back.“

“I just walked out of the door and am so glad that God sent us there. We tried 3 places prior to walking in CheSa’s doors which was a definite blessing. We had the catfish skillet, bourbon peach cobbler franchise toast, chicken sausage and scrabbles eggs w/cheese washed down with a breakfast martini. Absolutely delicious and with the owner/chef being very warm w/great hospitality. We’re definitely going back.“

“Everyone recommends Spoken Cafe as a higher quality option for coffee in the area. Been here a few years and absolutely agree, delayed 5-star review. Incredibly friendly staff, great vibe. Lots of great food options but I confess I'm not sure I've had anything. The coffee is that great, ambiance is incredible. Yes, smaller space available with outside seating but Montrose isn't crazy busy for coffee. Small normal amount for refill not a bottomless, but arguably the quality is so high, one cup is all you need! ;')“

“Update: It's s probably been 2 or so years since I've been in. Was in the neighborhood and had to stop in for nostalgia. Service is just as good as I remember and the food is still top notch! Shrimp Po boy and the wings tasted like I remember. Love the addition of the On Trend: Fire : It Slaps cocktail menu.

Excellent craft beer selection beyond just IPA's. Food has been consistently solid for the 7+ years I've been coming here.“

“YOOOO the gilty pig is insane! They have "popped up" at my farm a few times now, and each time I am amazed by the flavors and complexity they bring to "simple dishes". “It's in the hood but that just means it's worth the drive. We lived in Chicago for a few years and my MIL was the one who introduced us to this place. Stopped in after my son's dr appointment before heading back home an hour away. It was so worth it. The flavor and the amount alone is worth it. Spicy rice with the blackened chicken is my favvvv.“

“I rated them a 5 for customer service. We ordered takeout on Fat Tuesday. They were very busy that evening and made a mistake in our order. When I called Gabe, the Manager, was extremely apologetic. He removed the items from our tab and personally drove to our home with the correct order. He also added a giant piece of carrot cake. Apart from appreciating the customer service, the food was good. We especially enjoyed the VooDoo Shrimp and the Alligator Po’
boy. We are looking forward to ordering from there again!“

“Happy I came into this restaurant, This is my first time visiting Illinois. I arrived during happy hour, this spot was a glowing gem. I was greeted and seated quickly, the ambiance in the building was pleasant and calming the music was fitting and relaxing! I ordered multiple items, really was on a budget but the taste of the food I originally ordered was too good to not leave without getting the meal I was craving for a few days I ordered crab fried rice, pomegrate cocktail, peach lychee tea (non alcohol), I also ordered an happy hour boil! The food was amazing, full of flavor and cooked well done! I received a cute bib that read im too cute to be crabby which lit up my day! Would highly recommend!“

“The first time I tried CHAR CRUST I was given a sample packet of the Hickory flavor and tried it on a ribeye steak, hands down best steak I've ever eaten, the Char Crust complimented the steak and not over powered it. The next day I placed an order on Amazon, since then I have purchased the Chipotle flavor and seasoned a freshly graded hashbrown Omelette.
