We came upon the Gilty Pig at the Sandbox Symphony event and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Amazing food! My friends and I all tried something different and every option was top tier for flavor and prep. The fried oyster mushroom po' boy was crunchy and deliciously prepared and is a great option, even if you aren't vegetarian. This truck was awesome! The guy who took my order was really cool and when I got my Brisket Po' Boy the first bite was mind-blowing. The beef was unbelievably tender and surpassed my wildest expectations!
