“I come to this location all the time because it's near the dance studio that I go to. But my visit was made extra special two weeks ago by a staff member named Ms. E. When I sat down, she promptly cleaned my table and made me feel welcome. I saw her helping families in other tables at well. Ms. E is a treasured icon at this Chick-fil-A branch!“

“Despite my coming in when the store was busy, the food was ready in what felt like seconds, with all the modifications accommodated. The whole team was very sweet. Tables were cleaned as soon as guests got up. Tati made sure the booths and floors were spotless. Michael, I'm assuming the manager, checked in on guests dining in, offering refills or extra napkins as needed. Impressive how efficient the service was at such a busy spot. Great work!“

“Absolutely love this location. The staff is wonderful, and even though it's small and busy the staff always makes sure the place is clean. One employee in general is extra helpful and one of the reasons I always come back, Manny. Any place of employment would be honored to have him. He's just the nicest guy.“

“I would like to say coming from Canada and it’s my 1st time ordering chic fil a the cashier Jessica made it so easy. She explain the menu so well and help me made my selection. She was amazing very friendly. The food was just like she described it. It was hot and it tasted so good. Thank you Jessica definitely will be coming back again before heading back home.“

“Excellent coffee and customer service. It's a fast-food place, but the atmosphere is elevated because the people who work here are all really polite, professional, and friendly. They also look just really put-together and stylish (just an aesthetic thing I noticed). It's also really clean with real flowers on each table, and just very pleasant. I was here in the morning and would definitely come back at this time of day. A bright spot in the Ford City area and in this area of the Southwest Side.“

“This Chick Fil A is busy given its proximity to Wrigley Field. But don’t let the line dissuade you from coming in. They do a great job moving it through.

I came in for breakfast a few hours before a Cubs day game and the first thing I thought when I walked in was “Oh god this is going to take forever.” I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. It helps that they have a separate station for rideshare pickups which is off to the side.

I got the Sausage Breakfast Bowl which came with eggs, cheese, tater tots, and sausage. The only critique is that it could have had more sausage.“

“I just wanted to say thank you, on top of the frozen coffee offer, how attentively the staff was with my carry-out order. Although it was a busy day, not only did she help when my app could not update my location, I also saw her asking her coworker to switch to a cleaner lid when he was handing it to her a bit messy. Thank you for your care when preparing my order.

(Which, on a side note, the app really wasn't updating my location very well in downtown area.)“

“Although none of these Chick-fil-As can compare to the service in the south, this is the better Chick-fil-A in the city limits. Food has been mostly fresh, always clean and workers are extremely nice. You can tell the owner of this location actually cares for the customers compared to the other locations that aren’t too far.“

“LASHA IS A PHENOMENAL TEAM MEMBER! she was so patient with me bc im autistic and have adhd i take a long time to order and she was so kind and patient! She deserves a bonus, raise or some type of incentive on her paycheck! Also I was rushing to my trains and she helped me secure nourishment and make it to me train on time! Which was the last one bc I had alr missed one trying to get food.“

“My goodness, the service was top tier, and not for a fast food place but for like a nice sit down restaurant, I didn’t catch her name, but the girl that helped us was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. It was sunny and we sat outside, the atmosphere was nice, btw she brought the food to us, outside. The only thing is it was my first time eating ChickfilA and I wasn’t a fan tbh, but my fiancé loved it. So I guess its just a taste preference.“
