“I would like some clarification on rewards. I’ve been going to different locations in Chicago, and the one in bucktown was quite nice as I often got rewards from the operator as I made several online orders. I recently moved to the loop and I often go to the south loop location almost every week for a pick up order but only received one reward which was in September. It’s interesting as I’m only 50 points away from being a chick fila one red member, and as a sliver member I thought I would receive some rewards as it clearly states in the chick fila app under “my benefits”tab but hey.“

“I get why people like it! I only got the grilled chicken because I'm not big on fried food but having that option in a fast food restaurant it's great and their waffle fries were delicious as well. Extra points for the wifi, given I was lost in a new city“

“Excellent coffee and customer service. It's a fast-food place, but the atmosphere is elevated because the people who work here are all really polite, professional, and friendly. They also look just really put-together and stylish (just an aesthetic thing I noticed). It's also really clean with real flowers on each table, and just very pleasant. I was here in the morning and would definitely come back at this time of day. A bright spot in the Ford City area and in this area of the Southwest Side.“
“I stopped by here on a Tuesday morning around 10am while on the way to a walking tour. I placed my order for 2 chicken biscuits via app prior to arriving.
It didn’t seem too busy and looked like they were short staffed. This was my first time seeing a CFA use a conveyor belt to have ordered come to the front. I assume the kitchen is in the back or somewhere else, like upstairs, out of sight.
They have a monitor that tells you orders in progress and orders that are ready. When it says ready, that doesn’t mean that it’s at the front ready to given. I came to realize that it may mean that the kitchen finished preparing it. You should expect a few more minutes to receive it. It took longer than I’m used to as well.
I love CFA and go there often back in NC where I live, as I was visiting on vacation. The sandwiches were smaller than I’m used to and the biscuit wasn’t as soft. It was fresh and tasty, nonetheless.
They have an upstairs for indoor dining, which I didn’t go to as I didn’t have the time. This was an interesting CFA experience; definitely different than NC.“
“This Chick Fil A is busy given its proximity to Wrigley Field. But don’t let the line dissuade you from coming in. They do a great job moving it through.
I came in for breakfast a few hours before a Cubs day game and the first thing I thought when I walked in was “Oh god this is going to take forever.” I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. It helps that they have a separate station for rideshare pickups which is off to the side.
I got the Sausage Breakfast Bowl which came with eggs, cheese, tater tots, and sausage. The only critique is that it could have had more sausage.“
“I genuinely had one of the best fast food experiences and meals ever in my life from this place. The chicken sandwich was so good. The waffle fries were immaculate. The service was super amicable and pleasant. This chick fil a is actually peak“
“Although none of these Chick-fil-As can compare to the service in the south, this is the better Chick-fil-A in the city limits. Food has been mostly fresh, always clean and workers are extremely nice. You can tell the owner of this location actually cares for the customers compared to the other locations that aren’t too far.“

“About 3 weeks ago I had a terrible experience around the area and I had to stay at the hospital for hours. So I came to grab a bite and not only the food was great as always but I felt such comfort the manager was really nice he and everyone else were so nice and polite that made my day a whole lot better“
