“Considering the trouble times and events that went on throughout my day leaving Cook county hospital to come outside to find out that my car was gone parked in the Chick-fil-A parking lot upon the stress I was assessed by three different employees the main one being Jane A she went above and beyond to aid and assist in the situation giving her spirit her love and finances to help in any way possible outside of the Chick-fil-A standard. Never in all my years as a service member have I have ever met someone with such a pure heart I would recommend anyone in everyone if you are at this Chick-fil-A you must meet this angel before you order your food.

“VERY busy and crowded during lunch rush, drive thru was SOOO long and being inside felt a bit stressful, but the service was KIND and HELPFUL. Just double check your order during rush times. Food is 10/10 as always! PEACH SHAKE IS SOOO GOOD! Get it while it's available!

“I stopped by Chick-fil-A and had a pretty good experience overall. The store seemed busy, which isn’t a bad thing—it just means the food is in high demand. Despite the rush, the service was impressively fast and accurate. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, and it was made perfectly—fresh, hot, and flavorful. The only minor issue was that they called me by the wrong name, but that didn’t take away from the quality of the meal or the efficiency of the service. Overall, a solid visit, and I’d definitely return!“

“I stopped by here on a Tuesday morning around 10am while on the way to a walking tour. I placed my order for 2 chicken biscuits via app prior to arriving.
It didn’t seem too busy and looked like they were short staffed. This was my first time seeing a CFA use a conveyor belt to have ordered come to the front. I assume the kitchen is in the back or somewhere else, like upstairs, out of sight.
They have a monitor that tells you orders in progress and orders that are ready. When it says ready, that doesn’t mean that it’s at the front ready to given. I came to realize that it may mean that the kitchen finished preparing it. You should expect a few more minutes to receive it. It took longer than I’m used to as well.
I love CFA and go there often back in NC where I live, as I was visiting on vacation. The sandwiches were smaller than I’m used to and the biscuit wasn’t as soft. It was fresh and tasty, nonetheless.
They have an upstairs for indoor dining, which I didn’t go to as I didn’t have the time. This was an interesting CFA experience; definitely different than NC.“
“LASHA IS A PHENOMENAL TEAM MEMBER! she was so patient with me bc im autistic and have adhd i take a long time to order and she was so kind and patient! She deserves a bonus, raise or some type of incentive on her paycheck! Also I was rushing to my trains and she helped me secure nourishment and make it to me train on time! “Although none of these Chick-fil-As can compare to the service in the south, this is the better Chick-fil-A in the city limits. Food has been mostly fresh, always clean and workers are extremely nice. You can tell the owner of this location actually cares for the customers compared to the other locations that aren’t too far.“
“Why can't every fast casual place have friendly, kind and downright awesome employees working for them like this Chick Fil A restaurant has? To be fair, every Chick Fil A place I've been to have been nice and friendly. But at this one even the manager is walking around asking every customer if they're doing good and if they need something. That's service that makes us come back.“
