Pizza crust not completely cooked didn't like chewy dough and/or Albino colored crust - cook crust longer til it browns

From Chicago. My sister brought me an Italian Beef from Damenzo’s and it was delicious!! I reheated it and it was good. The bread had enough au jus, It was packaged well and I enjoyed all of it. It took me 3 days to finish because it was huge.
